On the way into town my daughter’s AC went out and I called and they were able to take her car in around 430 even though they close at 6. I explained I would only be in town until the next day and I was really trying to get her AC taken care of before I went back home 4 hours away. That same afternoon they diagnosed her car and quoted us and by the next day around 3 her car was ready to go. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend. It’s a relief to have a reliable auto place for my daughter’s car while she’s at school and we are so far away. We couldn’t be happier.

I would like to thank Justin and the staff at Peterson Automotive. My daughter had her vehicle repaired here and then had to be taken to another facility for additional repairs. Justin helped my daughter with getting a wrecker for vehicle transport. Peterson’s got our vehicle in and repaired in a timely manner and kept great communication with us during the repair process. It’s rare you find an auto shop with a heart, and this is one. After feeling like I was getting screwed by a dealership I had my vehicle towed to Peterson on a Hail Mary for a second opinion. They could’ve went with what the dealer recommended but they diagnosed the problem, found it was under warranty and then called the dealer and berated them on my behalf. Then they called another dealer, lobbied for me and I got the repair fixed at no cost, saving me hundreds of dollars. They charged me nothing, apologized for the other dealer’s shady tactics, and offered to stay late to get me back on the road. Me and my family will be using their services from now on.

Justin was awesome to work with. Had an issue with the starter in my car so it was a brick at my house. Luckily was able to get it towed to Justin's shop and he had great communication with receiving it, letting me know the issues involved, and being honest with pricing before doing any work. They also have a 2 year warranty for the service they do. They're honest folks here and would definitely return if I run into future issues.

We have used Peterson Automotive twice for my daughter’s car. We live in Missouri and she is here for school. Both times, I was able to speak with Justin. We received detailed written estimate. The repairs were completed quickly. Her 2011 Acura now has ice cold A/C and after a ball joint completely separated, he was able to replace the ball joints and CV axle and get it back on the road in less than 36 hours. The pricing was accurate and very competitive. We will definitely be back.

I took my car in because another place had told me I needed a new alternator. Justin checked it out first to see if that was correct . And it wasn't. He said no need to replace which I know many places would have replaced to get the money. He did find a problem I wasn't aware of and fixed that for me. I am extremely grateful for all he did for me. My car is running great and he checked up on me a couple of days after to make sure it was still running good. The service was exceptional.
