I will never take my car any where else! I drive a 2012 Volvo S60 and I had been taking it to the dealership but was tired of driving all the way to Grapevine for service. I went online and Pioneer Automotive popped up as a place that repaired Volvos so I decided to give them a try as it was closer to home. I was so impressed! Great customer service and a fair price! I really liked that they don't treat me (a female) like I can't tell a fender from a spark plug. I also appreciate the fact that they keep you up to date on where in the process of repair they are. I had a repair done and then had a minor issue which they promptly fixed because they definitely stand behind their work! So glad I found this place! Also, did I mention the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

DONT GO HERE! Have used them for years since b4 they expanded and changed locations. They used to be so honest. My daughter busted her oil pan on the ice and they charged her $1200, $1200!! To fix it. The part was $200 from Auto Zone but Pioneer up charged to $500 and $275/hr labor plus the cost of an oil change so total was $1325. You’d think for that price they’d have included new oil. We’d already had it towed there. We would have gone elsewhere, the charge would have been around $800 plus oil, but we’d already paid towing and would have had to pay for towing again so we were stuck and screwed. And this meant the only time we’ve felt they charged more than others. Will never ever ever go back

Called for an inspection and was told to come in now. Was there in 10 minutes and then out the door after a 15 minute wait. The lady at the front was extremely nice the entire process. The service technician was very friendly and professional. Another technician came in to compliment me on my vehicle. Very pleasant experience opposed to many of the typical chain shops. Had an emergency with my on a business trip to Texas from Oklahoma. A transmission line failed. I was referred to Pioneer Automotive by my mechanic in Oklahoma. I arrived at their store 2 hours before close. The manager on duty was awesome, I showed them where I believe the leak was coming from. They took the time to not only listen to me but also took the time at the end of the day to take care of me. They were able to reconnect the transmission line and service my vehicle all within a very short window and they got me on my way back to Oklahoma. I give kudos to the shop and to the tech and to the manager on duty. If I lived in the Metroplex I would use these guys. Very professional!
