Service was very good and professional. I felt the price a little high, but prices for auto repairs are always high in my opinion. We had to have our car towed to Stress-Free auto care on a Saturday, when we called to see about getting our car serviced we had no issues getting an appointment for later that day. They understood that we needed to have the car towed, so they gave us an appointment with enough time to find a tow company. They also let us know it wouldn't be a problem if they car arrived before our appointment. The mechanic meet with the tow truck driver and had him put our car right in the shop. We received the best service we've had in a very long time, especially with an auto shop. They were upfront on the prices and the reasons for the charges. There were no shocking after charges, we paid exactly what we were told. Todd and Dalton were FANTASTIC, and provided amazing service. We will definitely be going back. We also loved the text updates, and how detailed the invoice and future work needed that was given to us. We love how they include pictures. This is the best auto shop we've been to in years.

These people are amazing! I had to get my truck towed to this shop due to a massive coolant leak and overheating. In addition, I live a good hour 1/2 from this area and work in Denton. So I found this spot and had them fix it up for me. They were very communicative and fast to repair the things I needed fixed on my truck. They even offered a complimentary Lyft to/from work while my truck was being repaired and when it was ready. Huge props to these guys for the help. One thing I will recommend is to schedule an appointment with them. Walk-ins may or may not take time. If you are looking for a place to get your vehicle serviced, this is the one! Todd and Matt were so very helpful in providing for me a stress free experience. Really lived up to the name. My engine had been giving off a burning oil smell and they diagnosed the cause in an efficient manner. I am always careful about which shops I go to because I always hear stuff from others about bad experiences but I am glad that I have found another autoshop I can trust.
