Came in for an alignment and break check. From the call with Mickie to make an appointment until cashing out they were nothing but friendly and professional. Super quick, cost efficient, great value, and provided helpful insight to proper care of the vehicle going forward. So thankful someone recommended this place!! It can be overwhelming when you need car work done and you don't really have the knowledge to know if a place is being honest with what all needs to be done. So having a first-hand recommendation for Bobby Gentry's, gave me a lot of peace of mind. Our 2011 Suburban had an exhaust leak. We brought it in right before opening and dropped it off. By the time I got back home, I was notified it was done! I was shocked at how quickly they took care of us! AND I had sticker shock, the good kind. I was so surprised at the completely reasonable amount they charged us. I will 100% return here when we need auto work done that is in their wheelhouse. Likewise, I will 100% recommend to others. Bobby Gentry's was able to align my 4Runner's suspension after spending nearly $300 and 3 frustrating attempts at Briscoe's and one other shop in the Denton area. I have aftermarket upper control arms and the other 2 shops were unable to do the job right. In fact, one shop aligned it to FACTORY specs. How could they make a mistake like that when the upper control arms are bright red and obviously not stock and provided alignment specs? SMH. Bobby Gentry's shop was very professional, answered all my questions, etc. Took it on the highway and my 4Runner tracks straight, doesn't pull to the right anymore, and camber is exactly where it's supposed to be. Highly recommend Bobby Gentry's.

I did a package Banks aftermarket upgrade on my 2018 RAM 2500 and all I could get at the time with the package deal was a 5” exhaust. It was more than a tight fit and had vibration issues that was driving me crazy. Bobby got me in and fixed it within an hour. Great service at a great price!

About a year ago, the wife got a new to us Challanger with a v6. They got it sounding like a sports car. Fast forward to now. I got a 2024 F150 with the 5.0. I came here as soon as I left the dealership!! Again...they were very helpful and although I knew exactly what I wanted, they assured me they'd get me to the sound I was looking for. Loud...but not obnoxious (to me. Lol)...Check them out for all muffler needs!! I got a resonator delete with a Flowmaster Super 10 and 3.5" double pipes behind the passenger tire. (My truck doesn't have dual exhaust.) Get. Here. STAT!!!! They are really nice people and will do you right without breaking the bank!!!!

First off, the people that work here are very honest and they treat you in a way that no other shop does.
