I called them today to see if they could put some air in my tires as my low pressure line was coming on. I am disabled and a senior citizen and was told to drive up to their first bay door. It was cold and Victor came out to help me. I was able to stay in my car while he took care of it which I greatly appreciated. It took less than five minutes for him to put air in all my tires. My problem was solved. They will definitely have my future business. Thank you Victor! 😃

Definitely book appointment before hand in order to help each other out!! Victor was at the front and for how ever long i was there he was kind to each person that walked in!! I got 4 new tires and an alignment, he even helped me understand everything they were fixing.. ( im just a girl) anyways 10/10 customer service and 10/10 fixed car yay

I highly recommend these guys! They charged me only $110 for a simple fix, while other mechanics tried to scam me for over $1,300. After receiving conflicting advice from two shops about my alignment, one shop suggested I need new struts, while the other recommended replacing my sensors. I came here for a third opinion. The front desk staff was professional and straightforward, and did not try to upsell me anything. Informing me that I only needed a basic alignment. They also suggested shifting my subframe, but advised being cautious about trusting anyone but the dealer. I even spoke with the alignment specialist, and it went the same way- no nonsense, to the point, and confirmed everything. My car is running beautifully now, and I'll definitely return for future services!

These guys are a lifesaver. Huge storm left Texas with tons of ice and wet highways and I couldn’t see anything in the highway because the wipers weren’t working. They were able to fix the wipers on my rental car in less then 5 mins since every rental place I went to (3 of them) couldn’t replace my rental suv. Awesome service and super nice group of guys!

I went to Mavis because of a shaking in my steering wheel caused by my tires. My car had been sitting a long time, and I'm in the process of maintenance and getting it legal. The people there were so friendly, and informative. They helped me with a good price on 4 new tires, because the ones I had were 13 years old and were cracking and splitting. They worked with me on the price and I had a smooth drive home. I was so grateful to have it done, and also the people there made me feel like they saw me as a human. I was stressed when I went in, and leaving all that stress was gone. I will definitely continue to give them my business in the future.
