I just pulled into Joe Hudsons Collision Center and spoke to George about a protective plate that had been taken loose by water and bent. I didn't expect to get help today as it is the day after Thanksgiving. George took the time to help me immediately today and was extremely kind the whole time. Came in for an estimate for bumper repair after running over a feral hog. Nicolas took the time to write up a couple of estimates to give me a choice on how thorough to go with the repair. In addition, without cost, he reattached the fender liner and smoothed out some wrinkles in the fender liner. Great customer service. I will be returning in the future.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. Quality of paint, protectant, and even parts are very low. I had troubles from this shop before I even got there for my appointment. 1) left several messages with Holy that insurance is waiting for initial email of estimate and pictures. Shop didn't send anything before I turned my car in. Which slowed down the process. 2) Holy didn't have my appointment in her calendar, June 21st, so she didn't have my folder ready. 3) My car sat there for 4 days before getting a call about the supplement. Even then, George was asking me what was wrong with it, as if they hadn't bothered to take the car apart to see themselves. I wouldn't know other than the initial body damage. 4) George sent estimates with wrong claim number. And waited over a week before calling me to learn that either Holy didn't give the correct claim number to George or George didn't bother to check his messages. 5) On July 15th get call that car is ready. To show up and car is not. Front bumper didn't fit correctly, had same damage as what it did when brought it in, broken bracket- as if they didn't put a new bumper cover on as stated. Which is insurance fraud. Back bumper had numerous bumps in the protectant along with scratches already. Learned that aftermarket parts were put on my vehicle, when I was told that they don't/wouldnt use aftermarket parts. This is the ONLY reason I brought my car here. I told them to take off aftermarket and put on OEM. They also didnt paint a spot that was damaged 6) They call me on July 27th saying car ready. They didn't take rear bumper off and use OEM parts nor fix the bumps in the protectant. So had to sit there almost 4 hours. During that 4 hours had to send car back and forth to get bumper buffed to get bumps and texture out. STILL didnt get all of it out but i had kids to pick up, and already lost an entire days worth of income sitting. George said they basically had to buff it so much it barely had protectant left on it. Spots on bumper had bad paint as well. The car was also dirty, scrached-up on the inside from their tech. Had a scratch on drivers side door paint not previously there. 7) Not 24 hours later the front bumper popped out on the driver's side. The bracket is broken. Emailed manager and haven't heard back to date of july 31, 2022.

Showed up to get a replacement part and one of the mechanics, Nick, took a look for me and did a few adjustments so that I did not have to get a new part. Never charged me a dime. Great experience with this shop! It's my second time working with them, the first time my vehicle was totalled and they were able to let me know within a day that it was the case. The most recent time I was rear-ended and they completely fixed the rear bumper, sensors, cameras, and trunk within about a weeks time. I just received my vehicle today, I will say without overreacting. It came out amazing, as if I just got my car from the dealership again for the first time. Seeing the repair fixed and the paint blended in….i was in shock and awe. Tim and the team did an excellent job especially reaching out to me about updates of my vehicle! Highly recommend taking your vehicle here to get it fixed. In the bottom you will see a before and after pictures from the team taking their time and showing their craftsmanship. If I have the same problem with any damages I’d take it again, you found yourselves a new customer!

We had the best experience working with Nicolas Negron and Alisa Roark at the Fort Worth Dr Denton Tx location. You will not find more compassionate and honest folks to work with. We got our estimates the day we first went in, labor prices compared to other estimates were great. All of their employees did an amazing job on fixing our vehicles and getting them finished on the day they said they would be ready to pick up. They looked like brand new when we picked them up. My husbands van is a handicap van that he drives from his wheelchair and his only means of transportation. They got it done in three days so he wouldn’t be stranded without transportation!
