⭐ 1-Star Review The manager at this Firestone really needs to learn how to talk to customers. I came in for help, and the first thing he said was, “Do you got some time, buddy?” I’m not his buddy — that’s not how a manager should speak to people. He was rude and unprofessional, and his attitude showed no respect. Firestone should do better when it comes to customer service.

They have gotten overpriced and and stayed over priced since COVID. Very disappointed in the quality of service and price gouging. $300 for 1 tire due to "supply and demand" as it was put to me. I have 4 vehicles that will be going to another facility.

Both Firestones in Denton had to help with my Jeep. 1st store, tech had to go to mandatory training. They called the Brinker store for me. Then that store had unfortunate occurrence with their tech. Part was ordered from dealership to fix my heater and it did take additional days, But they made sure problem was resolved and had excellent communication for everything.

If I could give a zero, I would. I dropped my truck off Monday morning. They called me and told me mid afternoon what was wrong, and I gave the go ahead to begin repair. They told me it would be done Tuesday. I callled Tuesday, and they told me it would be done Wednesday by noon. Called Wednesday, and they hadn’t even started it yet. And when I went to pick it up bc I need my truck, the guy didn’t care one bit. Didn’t apologize for miscommunication or anything. Horrible service

We came in a few weeks ago & inquired about new tires for my BMW. Red was very helpful and sent us with 3 options to consider. We called back a few days later to have them ordered because the Firestone nearer to us said they could not get them. We arrived today to get the 2 installed on my car. When they put it on the lift, they showed us the other 2 tires were bad. (very bad, I can verify!!!) Red had ordered 4 in anticipation as we said we would get the other 2 at a later date. Thank goodness he did because I needed all 4. They gave us a generous discount and advised I need to go the BMW dealer for the alignment as they do a more thorough job. I am so happy & pleased with this Firestone, we will be moving our business and fleet account here from Discount today.

had an amazing experience here! this was my first time coming into a store to get my car fixed. i was only visiting the area and had to drive back to oklahoma, but the panel underneath my car had loosened. they didn't have the plastic screws i needed, but Jose recommended using zip ties as a temporary fix. as a walk-in, the service only took 30 minutes and i wasn't charged at all. Jose was incredibly kind to me and offered great service!

This place doesn’t have any attention to detail, I brought my car in to get all new tires and after they finished when I got home I saw that every single one of my wheels were scratched I’m guess from using an impact with no care.

I went to this location to get new tires and replace one that had blown out previously. Joe was extremely helpful and explained everything to me in simple terms, showing me what happened to my tires and explained why it happened. He didn’t try to upsell me on all four, and only recommended the front two be replaced. The tires weren’t in stock, but they ordered them, and I got them put on today. Without an appointment it took them 50 minutes to switch my tires, but it was really nice in the waiting area. Joe answered any of my questions in detail and was very patient with me, as someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I always appreciate someone who isn’t annoyed or impatient. Will continue to come here for future tire troubles!

I went there for my car alignment and had a great experience. The technicians were well experienced knowledgeable and honest, they checked everything carefully. They explained me everything clearly about what was done. The front waiting area was also very neat and clean. Customer service was very nice and respectful. Overall service was great. I've had nothing but great experiences at this Firestone on Brinker Rd. The techs really know their cars and whenever I bring my cars in, it usually results in a friendly chat about them. A few weeks ago, I had an issue w/ a non-inflating spare. The tech just replaced the stem, no charge. He knew I was in a bind, so I appreciated the graciousness. Because of it, I brought in my BMW to get tires mounted on new rims. While it took some time due to the line of cars they were working on, they mounted and balanced all new tires and rims. I took it for a test drive down the highway and back and happy to say they were done right. Oh and as part of the mounting and balancing, they also do a battery check. I should've gotten some names, but I know the guys by sight so all good. THANK YOU for the excellent service today, Firestone crew!

We had severe ice winter storm 1/24-1/26, roads are still bad. I was pleasantly surprised when Redd answered my call yesterday morning. MY car was only starting g with a jump start. I had just bought a new battery last month w Firestone so Redd went ahead and had a vendor deliver a battery over on Monday since they had none that I needed in stock in case the battery had to be replaced they had one for me. The delivery driver had a lil accident getting stuck in the ice. The next day I got my car jump started n let Redd know I was on my way. I am your typical female that only drives vehicles and doesn't like to look under hood or touch a anything, battery was giving a good reading roads are still bad on Tuesday, so he did do some checking and realized one terminal was pretty loose. He took time to show me how to check and I was back on the icy road to get home. Redd was my lifesaver today cuz I worried something was wrong and it would be expensive. He was so professional, caring, supportive and showed empathy 💗. He really helped me and my dealership was closed. Now I can get my son to work. Thank you Redd, Firestone he deserves top customer service award n day off for being there on these icy bad weather days! 🥰😊

The techs are very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and helpful. I’ve been to this branch multiple times and haven’t been disappointed. On my recent visit a tech pointed out a couple of pins missing in the bolts on my suspension and installed the pins free, preventing a disaster. The shop is tidy and a pleasant place to wait while car gets fixed. I’ll definitely keep patronizing this branch, highly recommend.

Came in with a flat tire and asked for a patch. I waited over an hour, started driving home and my tire pressure light turns on about 10 miles down the road. Woke up this morning and my tire is flat again. They unfortunately wasted my time and money. Will not be returning.

Drop your car off! Don’t wait inside! Ok, I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. This place is getting more and more dirty. There is dust everywhere and dirt all over the floors and dead cockroaches! At least they are dead! Can y’all hire someone to clean? But the staff are always amazing! They are so nice and I’ve never had issues with my car. They would’ve gotten a 5 star review but I can’t with all the cleaning that needs to be done.

I called Firestone on 2/23/26 to schedule an alignment and explained that I would be arriving shortly after 5, around 5:05, since I work nearby. I was met with quite a bit of resistance about that time frame. They did offer a daytime appointment, but I work 8 to 5, which makes that difficult. I had suspension work done over the weekend and needed an alignment as soon as possible. I understand shops have schedules, but the interaction felt more corporate than customer focused. A little flexibility or understanding would have gone a long way.

**1st Visit** This location is a very neat and organized service store. It doesn't feel like I'm at a place where cars are being serviced. I had a very early morning appointment and when I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a warm & inviting smile 😃. I was checked in quickly as if the tech was waiting just for me to arrive. I just knew the service on my car would be awesome work, an it indeed was as always. **2nd Visit** was on 11-7-25 .. but the day before, I received a call from the store manager who noticed that I had a missed appointment. He just wanted to make sure if I meant to miss it or if I still wanted the work done. He kindly offered to go over all possibilities of what was needed and what the cost may be. Again, I was warmly greeted upon walking in the door. The manager knew I was the person he talked to the day before which was amazing to me. I mean, that's world class customer service in my book. After all the work I had done, my car is smooth running, sounds more quiet than the purr of a kitten. This Firestone manager and his entire staff have exceeded my expectations. Thank You 😊
