I recently had the pleasure of meeting Maddi and entrusting her with my Buick Regal. Maddi is a great communicator and provides amazing customer service. Having her come pick up my car was a really great perk and she texted me when she was ready to bring the car back. She is energetic and loves what she does. If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. I am as picky as it gets when it comes to cleaning my cars. I have seriously never had a better detail in the 50 years I have owned cars. When I get my car back from detailing, I end up detailing the detail myself. I haven't had to do that on any part of the car where I normally have to detail the detail. Madison detailed every visible part of the car, inside and out. I went to the gas station to fill up, and when I opened the latch, I smiled because she even cleaned the inside of it. Absolutely fantastic job, Madison.

Is this even the same truck?? This was a winter disaster situation- frozen solid dirt and snow caked on the outside, and the inside was… tragic. A pop had exploded front to back, the floors were frozen solid with whatever my kids left behind. What I got back was flawless. Like, showroom-clean. Inside and out. I’m still shocked at how clean it is - it’s cleaner than when I purchased it from the dealership in the fall. On top of the incredible work, the process was insanely easy. She picked up my truck, handled everything, and brought it back spotless. Zero effort on my end, which as a busy person is priceless. Professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and worth every penny. If you’re on the fence — don’t be. I would recommend Maddi a thousand times over.
