From my first phone call to the day I drove off with my repaired SUV, Dennis and his team took care of all my needs. They were super friendly and accommodating with my schedule, which wasn't easy given that my repair was done during the 2019 holiday. And for a business as a busy as DF Auto Collision appears (based on my three visits), Dennis was never too busy to pick up the phone to answer my questions. Lastly, his business partner was more than happy to drive me to the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car after Enterprise wasn't available for their trademark 'We'll Pick You Up." service.

DF Auto knocked it out of the park fixing my truck. It was in bad shape after a crash but they brought it back to better than before. Excellent paint matching, sourced a bunch of hard to find parts. Would absolutely recommend

*** BEWARE SHADY BUSINESS *** We recently called AAA to have our car towed to an auto body shop in San Francisco. When the tow truck showed up he told my husband let me tell it to our shop will do a better job for you. We got the estimate back today. It was crazy high, so my husband said we’ll just tow it back to the shop. We had intended it to go to in the first place, we had our insurance adjuster contact them. they want over $4000 over $500 for the tow which we contracted AAA to do.Over $400 for the estimate which we have never heard of, and my insurance adjuster said he had never heard of that ever. and storage fees Are adjuster told us to contact the district attorneys office. I also have put calls into the California bureau of auto repair, fraud, division, and seven on your side so that we can let as many people as we can know about this horrible company do not let any tow truck. Talk to you into sending your cars to this company if you do not except their insane prices, they will extort you to get your car back. We dealt with Dennis Castillo, and. Antonio Guadalupe these are very shady not to be trusted people. People making an already awful situation of a hit-and-run accident even worse. **** BEWARE ****

Antonio and the rest of the crew were some of the most friendly, understanding, and helpful people I’ve ever met. My trunk was misaligned after someone hit the back of my car, and I had to pay out of pocket, so Antonio took the time to give me several options for fixing it. They were so helpful, did the realignment right away, and did it perfectly! This alignment was especially important because it prevented rainwater from getting into my trunk. I will definitely be going back to get the dents fully repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I wish I could give them an even higher rating— their kindness and professionalism truly set them apart!

EXCELLENT WORK…. I had a small dent in my r/f fender, the clear coat on my car made it look like I had water spots & my d/s rear fender skirt was scraping my whitewalls. They fixed the scraping problem, fixed the dent & did a “perfect match” on the paint & sanded off the clear coat & polished the car & I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for “PERFECTION”.

DF' auto collision is wonderful. I had an unfortunate accident on the two doors on the right side, they did an amazing job. Technicians specialized in real bodywork. As you can see in the photos, the damaged area is now very smooth, the color blends in perfectly, as if there had never been an accident. I spoke with Antônio and Dennys, they are great to talk to, very nice, honest and hardworking people. The team does the best … Thanks for the great work! I highly recommend !!!!

I highly recommend the team at DF Auto Collision! I damaged the side of my car pretty badly, with one door damaged beyond repair in addition to damage on the other door and quarter panel. Antonio was well-equipped with tools that enabled him to do a thorough assessment and estimate the cost of repairs. The estimate was 100% accurate; insurance agreed, and there were no surprise increases like you'd experience at other shops. Antonio maintained excellent customer service throughout. During the estimation, he took the time to show me visuals of the affected components and helped me understand why the costs were what they were. He called whenever he had updates, and was transparent consistently. Once the parts arrived, the team got the job done in just 4 days. They have the skills and the customer service! The free detailing was a very nice surprise. My car looked like it was straight out of the factory.

I thought I had written this review already but I do not see it posted. Unfortunately my family has had to use this body shop numerous times throughout the last 5 yrs. They have repaired my 2015 Acura RDX, my husbands 2020 Chevy Silvardo, his brand new 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor and my sons 2023 Toyota Forerunner last week. Fortunately they have been outstanding! It is an understatement to rate 5 stars they deserve 10 stars. No one wants to utilize a body shop but if necessary as I stated this is the place. I tend to be picky or rather have high standards and I have never been disappointed. In addition to their superb workmanship they are so friendly and explain thoroughly the process. I cannot say enough positive things about this body shop.
