Друзя и не только, хочу поделиться положительными эмоциями о компании Fix My Hauler.👍Это касается обслуживание DEF системы на пробеге 192000 миль, как у многих в автомобиле RAM случился полный коллапс, до этого так же были проблемы, но я их решал тем или иным способом, но на пробеге указанным выше был предел возможностей автомобиля. Уже никакие ремонты не помогали. Обратился в компанию Fix My Hauler и о чудо свершилось машина поехала, проехал уже почти 28000 миль и с Божей помощью и механиков компании Fix My Hauler еду и не нарадуюсь результатами работы владельца компании Fix My Hauler Павла и его механиков. Короткой фразой: мастера своего дела.👍Большое спасибо.🤝 По рекомендации Павла примерно через 70000 приеду на очередное обслуживание DEF системы, даже если все будет в порядке💪🤝👍

Found me a good shop with plenty of room for my rig—no problem parking my truck here. The folks here are real pros, friendly as can be. They walked me through the whole process, from cleaning out the engine to the particulate filter, and explained it all clear as day. These guys know their stuff. Customer service? Where? They don't answer phones, don't return calls. Was quoted $800-1,000 for a DPF cleaning, get charged $1,500. Dropped off on a Monday, said it would be done by Thursday or Friday. FINALLY get someone to answer a phone after 2 full weeks of calling 3-5 times per day. Total turnover time: 3 WEEKS. I run a parts room in a very reputable repair shop, and these lazy half-wits have tarnished us with one of our best customers. BUT when it comes time for the check to get paid, they have no problem at all picking up a phone and borderline harassing US. We will absolutely NOT be using these disgusting hacks ever again.
