I'm still not sure about Watkins. It's my first time being here for breaks and rotors that was newly put on but not by them, but was giving my vehicle this vibrating feeling. Anyway Watkins says the tires were torqued too tight, of which I had already had my suspension. However Watkins charge me around eighty plus dollars, but I'm still feeling the vibration. So yes I am not sure what they did.

these guys are old out dated alignment techs. Advertise they do lowered vehicles but dont really know how. Couldnt align a car with front adjustable tie rods and rear lower adjustable control arms and just state they got it as best as they can and when taken to another shop showed they never even tried to adjust either. When you question then they get all frustrated because your ? their old asses . THESE GUYS ARE RUDE AND THEIR TRAINING IS OUTDATED CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS THROWING AWAY MONEY

Shady!! I brought my truck here for an insurance job , truck was in a low speed accident. Watkins inspected the truck and told the insurance adjuster that it needed a new rear axel. Come to find out the frame in 2"off square . Watkins did shady fabrication work to fit the axel without notifying me . 8 months later I still have a truck that doesn't drive straight. . I feel as if they took advantage of a young business owner

These guys are nothing but professional, honest, and polite. Something extremely hard to find in that line of work. I went to them on a recommendation and couldn’t be happier. The cost came out to less then half of what I was quoted at mavis and based of impression I don’t think you will get such a high class crew of mechanics elsewhere. Almost looking forward to the next time something breaks to use these guys again.

It's very hard to find an honest/skilled and fair mechanic nowadays. This place is excellent and has awesome customer service, but most importantly they are honest! Recommend for all ranges of vehicles. Their shop is primarily heavy-duty truck work.

Had something that seemed major with my vehicle that ended up being ice buildup in the front end. Watkins is very busy with its very specialized and advanced services. Everyone is feeling the shortage of labor in the workforce and Watkins was the only place I could locate with the ability to perform the service one of my fleet trucks needed. I had to wait for an appointment, but the work was done quickly, and was very reasonably priced. Now my truck is safe and back on the road.
