No room in their small yard, and they couldn't do anything until late afternoon. Time is money.

Dropped truck on Monday with a laundry list. Some things they weren't equipped to do. I'm ok with that. Called Thursday and was told ready earliest Tuesday. Call Tues and was told it was just getting in. 10 days in shop. Long and short I'm in Utah getting a clutch that they said was good. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SHOP.

I’m lease/purchasing a truck from a large carrier. I stopped at this location with 2 check engine lights on. The service advisor Travis Koch, was very helpful, yet a little shady. I figured this was a simple computer fix but... They Asked me who was paying for whatever repairs the truck needed, I told him that I was, and my company didn’t even need to be contacted. They got around to hooking their computer up the following morning, and told me the laptop computer can’t connect to the trucks CPU. And this is probably due to a bad wire somewhere and would require some “really invasive and time consuming wire tracing” 20 minutes later, I receive a call from my company (who I never called) telling me to get my truck to another shop. I ask which one? They reply “Literally ANY other shop.” So, I leave and hit the Utica General Peterbilt over in Syracuse. 30 minutes after I arrive there my check engine lights are off, and they were running an update on my transmission!! In closing, I believe that this shop would be good for O/O’s or local guys. But, if they think they can get a blank check from your company, you’re in trouble!!!

I towed my truck Wednesday. They said they will take the truck inside Thursday to check what parts they need. Thursday they check outside for parts. They didn't order parts until Thursday evening. First they told me they can get parts Friday after they said they will get parts Monday 10 Am. Service manager told me as soon as they get parts they will take truck inside for repair.it will be ready Monday. Monday 5 PM now I called them they said didn't take truck in the shop yet. They are saying now maybe it won't be ready tomorrow. It's going to be 1 week tomorrow. It is 2021peterbilt 389 under warranty. I lost one week from work.

Took over 2 weeks for them to fix my truck. They told me to come get it twice, only to find it still wasn't fixed. The third time I went to get it, my passenger side step/panel was ready to fall off because they hadn't bolted it back on properly. They wanted to create another repair ticket for that, but who knows how much longer I would have been out of work if they had. I picked it up and finished fixing it myself. Also, I called on a Tuesday afternoon to check the status of it, they told me it wasn't done yet. They finally called Wednesday afternoon and said it was ready. There was a decent snowfall that started a little before noon on Tuesday, but when I got it Wednesday afternoon, the ground was bare under it and there were absolutely no tracks through the snow anywhere near it. It had clearly been finished since before I called on Tuesday. This place was a nightmare. I almost drove it out of there and drove to the next closest Peterbilt, 1.5 hours away!!!!!!

If I can give 6 stars on this review I would. Came in late afternoon and they had me in and out by early afternoon next day. What I thought would be a tough week to replace a turbo actuator, only took these people a few hours. A special thank you to Travis, he was very patient and helpful to all my questions, as well as the nice hearted Ree. All the mechanics were awesome, patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for your peterbilt mechanical needs

Brought my 2024 Pete 537 there about 5 different times this past year. Had a hiccup or two with the mechanics and my truck 2xs. Mechanics (and every human) make errors every now and then. In dealing with different truck companies though out my business, I firmly believe Travis (service manager) is the best service manager I have dealt with. I actually yelled at him (loudly) about a mechanics error for about 15 minutes to the point where the police were about to be called to remove me from the premise. While being yelled at (loudly) Travis kept his composure and apologized profusely for the mechanics mistakes (2xs). Travis made it right for me and was a constant professional the whole time. We need more Travis's in companies that can de-escalate a bad situation while getting the customers trust. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle, did the best they could in my service and diagnostics of my Pete 537. In my experiences and opinion, Reena (the manager of the facility) is someone who I did not trust the whole time and is a manager seemingly, looking to bury the customer $$$, while getting more money for the company and deflecting responsibility from the business on to the customer. Not 1 time did I trust her when her mouth was moving. I felt every time she talked, she was not being truthful. Be wise to here words and lips when she speaks. My warranty is over on my vehicle. If/when I should need to bring my vehicle to Peterbilt, I hope for a better experience from them or somewhere else.

Brought my peterbilt 348 in with 3 months of emissions warranty remaining with a check engine light issue. I dealt with Travis in service and very pleasant and professional the whole time. I was notified that my truck was ready after a little over a week there after diagnosis, parts ordered and installation time as well as a couple of non warranty items that needed replacement. Longer than I expected but hey things take time sometimes. Anyway went back to get my truck and there was a discrepancy on the final bill about what was covered and what was not. Dealt with tom in service as Travis had already left for home and he was awesome and so wasn’t the lady that checked on the warrantied parts and reconfigured the final bill from $2,024.00 to $1,217.00 over $800.00 less and both were very pleasant in getting the bill straightened around. Just wanna say that everyone that I came in contact with from service to parts in which I purchased a few items with some of the money I saved and the prices were surprisingly reasonable were very pleasant and professional !! My first experience with this company was truly great and I will return For sure 👍 !!!! Great job guys
