I had 2 vehicles tinted here last week and both experiences I’ve had are great quick service. I was literally in an out in 15 minutes for my truck and 30ish minutes for suv. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know needing tint.

I’ve been coming to tint star for multiple years now, any car I buy, they tint. They’ve always done an immaculate job. Extremely professional and educated on their products. I recently had a hard time picking out what percent I wanted, so they took the time to explain every detail and what it might look like vs what I’ve had in the past. Very patient and didn’t feel rushed! 15/10

Had my 2012 Jetta Se tinted at the Clifton park location, after about 4-5 days I noticed the air bubbles were getting worse. Called up and they made me another appointment to have everything replaced at the Albany location. it’s been a few weeks now and I noticed there’s A few spots that have some bubbles, but it’s an older car and I get some cars are harder to tint than others. I will say i definitely recommend tint star! They are more than willing to fix any mistakes that might pop up. The employees were all very professional and more than willing to fix the mistakes.

I needed a last minute appointment to get my tint done and saw this place had an open availability. Morning of my appointment I had some car problems and called to see if I could come in 15 minutes later than my scheduled time… they were extremely accommodating and when I arrived everything at the front desk was quick and they got straight to work. Customer service was amazing and my tint looks great, I couldn’t be any happier!

did the peel deal where i got tints removed and would get them added after inspection. had an accident where that car was totaled and asked for a partial refund or tints on my new car (once purchased) since i paid for the peel deal and was told no. there’s no verbiage on their site about refunds and i paid for a service that was essentially not completed and was refused any kind of solution. horrible customer service.

Wonderful service and great product. The staff was punctual, friendly, professional and insightful. They helped me choose my tints and were very helpful and patient as I made up my mind. The service was so fast I was shocked; about thirty minutes maybe for my front windows. Very affordable and they were also very understanding when I decided to cancel having my windshield tinted and promptly refunded me the difference. I had a great experience getting my windows tinted here and recommend everyone else try them too.

Got my panoramic sunroof tinted here with ceramic tint. A little put off when I noticed that the tint did not reach the front and back part of the glass as you can see in the pictures. When I questioned it, they said that it would peel otherwise. Not sure if I believe that since I have had this done on 2 other vehicles at Tint World and the glass was fully covered and never peeled. Unfortunately they closed so I decided on tint star based on other reviews. It just doesn't look right.

Brought them my truck around 10:30am and they called at 11:15am and said it was done. It’s a 2019 Ram Crew Cab Big Horn. Went and picked it up and was very happy with results. There’s on minor issue on the sun strip which I fixed when I got home, but other than that it was a job well done. This is the 4th vehicle I have had tint star do for me. Prices are not to bad. Staff was friendly and helpful.
