Not easy to find from the street. I spoke with someone prior to going to the location and was told whom to see - however they did inform me they may not be in. No problem, as the problem came when I submitted my photos of what I needed done and no response.

Price was good. Communication and service so-so. Their website put me in touch with Wichita, when I told them I needed service in KC they said they would need to order the glass and it would cost more. They asked me about my availability but did not confirm an appointment time or day. Next I knew they were calling asking why I’d missed my timeslot that they never told me about. I rescheduled for the afternoon, sent a family member. It took a while but they did a fine job.

They were the cheapest in town, and the windshield appears to be of good quality. It took an hour (with an appointment) to get my windshield replaced. I'm update this if it goes awry down the road. EDIT: A piece of weather stripping came up a couple days later. I swung by and they fixed the problem in a few minutes free of charge and without complaint.

Installed windshield on Audi A8 and this is how they sent it off as complete. The sensors was not positioned correctly causing the trim to be displaced. Once contacted they said bring it in at 8. It's currently 8:01 and I was told to check back in an hour because they've got a full house. Once they have a customers money. That customer no longer matters. Update: found they didn't put the electrical wires back in place correctly and also broke a clip to the trim forcing the parts together instead of putting them together. Tragic example of work. I took to another shop for repair.

The only thing to be aware of is they are always busy - so make an appointment and if you have the option to drop the car off and pick it up -- do that; otherwise be prepared to wait. The guys got me in fast and had me out the door in alittle over an hour. I called him at 830 this morning, appt at 11, and had a new windshield installed by noon. Everyone was friendly and did a great job. Even cleaned up some glue I noticed, no problem. Some of these reviews on here are bs btw. They save me almost $300 on my cheapest quote, highly recommend.

We take our vehicles here exclusively. Absolute pleasure to work with, work quality is top notch, and price can't be beat! I've had a dealer quote me $1200 for a windshield replacement with a mandatory lane assist sensor recalibration. Discount Auto Glass got me out the door for $450 with OEM glass (pictured) and it turned out I didn't even need the sensor recalibrated! Take your car here, you wont be disappointed.

These guys were quick to respond with an online quote for a windshield replacement. It was about $200 cheaper than anywhere else I had looked into. They got me in within a couple of days, the replacement process was quicker than expected including the recalibration of all of the Lane Assist sensors, and about a month after the replacement when my rearview mirror popped off, I was able to stop by the same day I called and they remounted it at no charge in between other jobs they were doing even though it was obvious they were quite busy. The look of the place may be a little rough, but don't let that deter you. They did great work at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be going back if the need arises.

They broke off all my clips for my cowl plate and didn’t tell me if I would t have looked my car over they would have just let me drive off and then they made me go and run to try to find them because they were too lazy to their selves. They left urethane hanging off of my window in my car and two different places and it’s still hanging even after he ripped it off And it’s also on the outside of my window when I get a window replaced I should not have to clean my own window after they put it in they should have to clean it. I am very, very unhappy with them and I hope that no one else ever goes to them again The manager was very very rude, and the employees are very, very lazy and they’re all very disrespectful!!!!!! Definitely do not recommend at all!!!!

I just got back from my second time up there, lemme start with the first time, I got up there brought my car and everything they told me there gonna get it done with no issues and replace my windshield. Realistically you shouldn’t have to come back in under 24 hours but I had to, there was glue all over the hood of my car and the roof of my car, as I was driving it there was wind blowing through the seal to where my door shuts, and when I tested my windshield wipers the left one didn’t work. I took it back the next day, my wiper magically started working they said, and then they went ahead and tried to fix my issue. In which they couldn’t as I was driving home wind still blowing through, I dont even care to take it up there again to have them “fix” it I expected to go up there once and leave a good review. So no I wouldn’t recommend. It was a simple fix too I opened my door and all I had to was push the seal back on and put a small clip over it. Just lazy and eager for your money.

FOREWARNING: Do NOT overlook the bad reviews on this company! They HAVE to have false reviews or the reviewers didn’t realize it was shotty work! Do NOT get any work done from the Merriam KS location! They are not good people, doing shady work and they will not make things right! We brought our brand new car into their shop for a driver’s side back window repair. What should have cost me $200, ended up costing me over $1500 in damages! The technician who worked on my car presented himself like an unqualified child. He obviously was having a tough time getting things apart on my tight, brand new car so it seems he used brut and might and tore it open by using any means possible, even if that meant leaving behind cosmetic and structural damage! This resulted in so much damage, especially cosmetic damage. Not only does the new window have a 3” deep scratch on it, but the rubber seal is incorrectly installed with cuts and gouges within and not laid in the correct way, the triangular connector piece on the inside was broken and scratched (and actually taken from me without my approval!), the side trim on both sides of the window is scratched, the chrome trim is scratched, the rubber seals also have multiple cuts and gouges taken from them due to wrongfully installing them and trying to force them in. The actual window corner doesn’t meet up and match- it isn’t put together quite right. Rain could definitely seep through into my brand new car. The door wasn’t even put back together tightly and when I shut it, glass fallout was in the bottom that they didn’t vacuum out! I actually cut my finger pretty bad on it and my kids could have been really hurt by the glass poking out between the door! They said this is normal and you can’t get all the glass out, ever! Wow! We knew right away from the demeanor of the people working there that they couldn’t solve anything, that we would need a manager, so we asked the young technician for the owners card. He gave me a generic card without owners information and walked away, started dancing like he was proud of the damage he caused! We didn’t feel safe so we promptly left. Contacted shop through the website page to ask for Owner name/phone number/contact details and the workers refuse to give us any info. Cannot find any info on owner online. Although the workers offered to fix some of the damage, they did such a poor job, we would NEVER allow them to touch our car again. We also need ALL of the damage fixed as this is a brand new car that was brought to them in mint condition. We ended up taking our car to a collision center which found $1500 of damage made by Discount Glass. Discount Glass workers are refusing to pay it. They explained that their store owner/manager is out of town this week, without forwarding them any of our info. If I was a manager of a store and this happened to one of my customers, I would want to know ASAP and also fix the issue ASAP! Now, we will have to sue them and settle in court. I should have known by the amount of razor blades in their driveway that the workers were NOT top quality! Lazy, shady & under qualified workers! Save yourself money by not dealing with this faulty, shady shop and go to professionals like SafeLite or CNC Glass!
