Free tire patches, pressure checks and inspections. They anticipated a 2 hour wait when I got there, but it ended up only bring 1 1/2 hours. The employees are very nice and professional, and the lobby is comfortable enough if you want to wait.

Purchased four new tires and had them installed here - All four tires were at the wrong air pressure from spec. Two front were over filled and rears were under filled. While I was on the freeway home the rear left tire became flat, when I pulled up to a gas station to fill the tire, I discovered that the Schrader valve had not been tightened down, which is causing air to continuously leak. When I called and asked about the issue they said you can come by but it would take 3 hours for them to address the issue because they are busy.

I'm a frequent costumer at this costumer. I recently stopped by to get new tires for my 2016 Toyota Camry- Ralph helped me to assess the type of tire I needed. He advised me that I still had credit/warranty on my previous tire purchase. He made the purchasing process easy to navigate and I was out in less then 90 minutes. Went in for a tire rotation had low thread and decided to purchase all new four wheels. I was given my car back and as i soon as i drive off didn’t make it a block when my dash was blinking red telling me I had 5 PSI!!!!! 5!!!!! I had to verify careful find my way back. Turns out it was the assistant manage who gave me the car is such condition and when i let the manager know he didn’t even apologize. Could have damaged so much more or even got into an accident. Never again will i return to this place. Not to mention my car was clean, got ir back looking like i drove through grease as the rims were disgusting.

Stopped in for a plug/patch for a slow leak on my Honda Pilot. I was informed that I picked up 2 punctures very close together and were not able to be patched. They did remove the 2 nails in the tire though which stranded me there thinking they would force me to buy a new tire. I asked them to put the spare on instead. They also threw away the air valve cap which i asked for. The guy that brought the car out of the bay could not have had a bigger attitude. Smile everyone once in awhile! This is the same location before the remodel that ran my Chrysler into the wall when they pulled it into the bay (they paid for it and gave me a rental of course). I've learned my lesson. New remodel. Same crew. Go to Broadway.

I had a TPM warning of a low pressure tire. At the first chance I topped it off at the recommended 33psi. The next morning before going out on a busy day I checked the tire to be sure it was OK. it had only 7psi remaining. I pumped it up and went straight to Discount Tire on Escondido Blvd. and 2nd Av. I was greeted on walking into the store. The salesman checked out the car and gave me a time estimate of 45 to 50 minutes. It was complete and ready to go in about 40 minutes. That is called exceeding expectations!

We havecbeen customers of this particular discount tire location for almost 20 years! They just re-opened after an extensive remodel and WOW! WOW! WOW! The new location is so beautiful! But the best part is tgat the employees are still the same awesome group of guys that were there before the remodel! Ralph, the manager, has been with the company for 38 years, so you know the company treats its employees with high regard! We encountered Nick when we first ordered the tires and he gave us options, so he was fair in giving us the knowledge of what we were purchasing! A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I came to Discount Tire in Escondido with a wheel issue on my Mercedes AMG, and my first experience honestly wasn’t great, which was frustrating. But manager Nick stepped in and completely turned things around. Nick took the time to understand the problem and made it right by installing two brand-new rear tires that are honestly perfect for this car. These are sporty, modern, high-end tires. Even Mercedes didn’t suggest this option. And they were installed at no cost to me. The difference is night and day. The car now drives perfectly and feels very stable at speed. I also have full warranty coverage on the tires, which gives extra peace of mind. Huge thanks to Nick and the entire Discount Tire team for standing behind their work and delivering great customer service. Great place to get tire problems solved. I definitely recommend them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Discount Tire in Escondido absolutely blew me away. A family member came here shortly after they reopened, and I stopped by that same night, even then, it was obvious this place is on another level. I haven’t been to many Discount Tire locations, but this is hands-down the nicest one I’ve ever seen, and it’s right here in Escondido. State-of-the-art, super clean, and just a genuinely cool space. I came back today because a Discount Tire in San Marcos [previously reviewed by me on Google] had previously told me I needed to replace my two front tires. I finally had time to take care of it, and I’m glad I chose this location. The wait time was short, the atmosphere was very chill, and the whole experience felt high-quality from start to finish. Clean chairs, spotless environment, and a very well-run shop. Jose helped me out today and got me exactly what I needed. I was in and out in about 45 minutes to an hour, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Bonus: I also found out they’ll replace wiper blades with no labor charge when you’re getting tires. My Fiat uses some weird wiper blades, but they still took care of it, which I really appreciated. All in all, five stars, zero complaints. I’ll definitely be coming here for any future tire needs and highly recommend this location.
