This place was recommended, the gentleman Manny seemed in a rush when I brought it in he said to email him specifics so I did. Not one thing on specifics list was done, the truck looked great and I didn't thourly inspect the side that came in with no damage, so I passed it . Got home 1 mile away and on the side with no damage down on bottom edge Is a fresh place of damage dented in paint chipped off that wasn't there. I immediately called him and he said I must have done damage on way home! That's his response. I'll never take another vehicle there. He could have repaired that spot in a jiffy to keep a good customer but he's lost a customer and any recommendations!

I brought my step mother's 2009 Subaru Forester to Distinctive Auto Repair after another shop couldn’t get the A/C working. I found Distinctive Auto on google after having MONTHS of issues with my F250s suspension it has been in and out of the shop majority of the year (different shop) and most recently because it was just didn’t feel right, I know my truck an how it drives and something was off. It was bumpy at 45-50 and at 70-75 after having it aligned for the umpteenth time this year and road force balancing the tires. It was still having the issue so I did not want to take it back to the same place. In comes Distinctive Auto! After having it a day and driving it they found a loose helper air bag bracket in the back that was the culprit. It drives perfect now and I am so thankful for them! They definitely have a repeat customer in me.

They fixed my car but charged me way over the amount that was necessary. Over $500 just to tighten spark plugs and it only took them 2hrs. No parts required. I get that I’m a female but I know a thing or two about cars and so do a lot of my friends and family and I was completely ripped off! DONT GO HERE IF YOURE A FEMALE they will take advantage of you just because they know you need your car back soon and know they can charge whatever they want.

Never go to this place!!! Ever!! Took my car there for a simple idler pulley brought them the part they said yea this will work on your car so I left my car with them it took them 3 days for a 20 min job max so then I get a call saying they hacked my car into an old f150 saying it was just a minor dent I get down there and realize the car need a whole new quarter panel a 7k+ job on my clean no accidents low mileage car and then on top of that I’m already mad they still haven’t done the work to the car yet so I was mad I told them to just get the work on the car done so I can take it to a body shop again they took 2 days almost to get it done I got fed up and took my car but the employees tried to claim that I couldn’t take my car because they wrecked it I got fed up said this car is either leaving on a tow truck or I will drive it myself because it’s drivable so they made me call my own tow truck offered me no type of discount never fixed my car after the car being there 7 days for a 20 min $50 job I will NEVER take my car there again and i recommend u don’t either

I needed the intake valves walnut blasted on my Subaru WRX. This is kind of a niche service that a lot of shops, especially in Tennessee, don’t offer or haven’t even heard of. Many of the shops that do offer it charge exorbitant rates. Not only did distinctive auto charge a fair price but they got the job done in only 1 business day and they are obviously a very professional and knowledgeable group of guys. If my car needs the kind of specialty service that I’m not comfortable doing myself again, I’ll definitely bring it here.

I actually have been here quite a few times to get my oil changed on a couple different vehicles and they do an exceptional job for the price and it’s a decent price. Most places are overly priced and they are not and they have really great customer service and I really funny poster in their bathroom. Also, the The seating is comfortable and they offer you to be able to have refreshments that they don’t charge you for and a place to charge your phone or accessories while you wait. One other thing, they know more about cars than any of the dealerships that are out here. On any car you Bring in. Overall, excellent experience, thank you.

I could right an entire book on the experience I had at Distinctive Auto but I will keep it as short and sweet as possible. I am from Georgia, I live in the Atlanta area. I travel for work and was experiencing some rear end issues on my car. I had it towed to DAR for diagnostic. They preformed the most thorough and informative diagnostics on my vehicle.
