They’ve handled several repairs on my E64 650, including the oil filter housing gasket, water pump, and coolant leaks, and my car is running better than ever. The five star reviews are no joke, Dixon is wonderful to work with. I went in there on a Monday morning with no appointment, And Colby in the main office was able to see me right away. He was very friendly and pleasant, and diagnosed the issue with my vehicle, provided me with an estimate, and scheduled me for my appointment two days later, with ease. The service was fast, thorough, and very reasonably priced, and I will be going back to Dixon for all my vehicle repair needs. I was referred to Dixon Motors by a friend of mine. We had a number of issues including a water pump failure. We had the car (2009 BMW 328i) towed to them - and as soon as they got it they were on it right away. Knowing that we needed to get this car back asap they not only trouble shot our initial issue but went through the whole care and sent picks of current issues and provided pictures and a complete assessment for each issue and a breakdown of the cost for each. These issues would have caused for some serious issues so they saved us money and time by identifying them…THESE GUYS ARE NO JOKE. Highly Professional, very fair and HONEST, great communication throughout the whole process and genuinely seem to be great people. THEY ARE A GREAT EXAMPLE ON “HOW YOU SHOULD RUN YOUR BUSINESS”.
