Multiple issues here. I made the mistake of being convinced their wanna be bfg’s would be comparable. Absolutely not, and they’re smaller making my speedo off. Additionally you guys can’t do something as simple as put the wiper blades on that were paid for? Had to bring the truck back only to wait an hour to be told they don’t have the wiper blades. Also none of my tps system works anymore. Guy behind the desk says well atleast its fleet you don’t have to pay for it. Who do you think pays the fleet company?? What a joke, never again.

Went in today to set up an appointment and purchase four RV tires and a spare. They would not take appointment with RV because it would take too much space in their parking lot! They are located not even 2.5 miles from a large RV park. If we could give a zero we would. Very poor salesmanship!

I recently went to the Grand River Road location in Novi for an oil change and had a very frustrating experience. I was told the service would take 90 minutes, but it ended up taking over two hours because they didn’t have an oil filter on hand and didn’t inform me upfront. This lack of communication was frustrating, and I would have appreciated more transparency. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, it was left running with the doors unlocked, which is a serious safety concern. Overall, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Further, after reaching out to customer service, they informed me that I would be contacted by the store manager on the next business day - it has now been 5 days and I have not heard anything back from them. Stay away from this place.

I have been going to this location for years and they always do exactly what needs to be done; no more, no less -- all at a reasonable price.
