I had one of those mornings, where I ran over a piece of metal and split the side wall of my tire on my new car. I was fortunate to be close to the Firestone on Grand River in NOVI. I pulled in and explained what happened. The team at Firestone were so friendly and supportive, they diagnosed, and ultimately put the spare on my car for me. They did not have the tire in stock, or were they able to get it, but they changed to my spare and helped me get back on the road without asking for anything. They won over a customer and helped me out when I was in a tough spot. Awesome.

Made 4pm appt online for brake check and oil change. When I arrived, the gentleman told me they had to change my appt to noon and sent an email. Never saw an email but for future a call would be much better if you are impacting a customer. Going out of town and have a very tight schedule and Firestone just made it much worse. Can not believe businesses operate like this.

Will be my go to place. Went in about a possible leaking tire. Then decided to shop new tires because the factory ones were not meeting my needs. After explaining my issues, Ben took time to explain a couple options that would what I was looking for. Gave me a couple prices. I went to Belle and they wanted more off the bat. Firestone not only did my four tires in a timely manner, they let me know when and what to do to take care of them and the services that came with them.

Finally decided to get some winter tires for my vehicle and there's no place I'd trust more than Firestone. I can see why this location is busy, the staff is outstanding! Friendly, personable, honest, hardworking, and communicative, they handled every customer with ease and the outstanding service never wavered. I had a scheduled appointment but it only took about two hours for all four tires to be replaced, balanced, and aligned.

This was only my first or second visit to the shop, and I feel very lucky that Benjamin helped me today. His manager was just as wonderful — both of them were professional, kind, and never pressured me. They went above and beyond to help with my tire issue. They didn’t have the tire in stock, so one of them actually drove to Detroit to pick it up because I needed the car ready today for a long trip tomorrow. Everyone at the shop was exceptional, and I’m really glad I stopped by.

I went in convinced I needed brakes as my car was shaking when braking at high speeds. I was fully prepared to spend $500+. After a diagnostic they told me a tire balance should help and my brakes are completely safe and good. At over 102k miles on this car I appreciated a team who chose not sell me something I was prepared to buy cuz I didn't need it, and only spent $160. New to the area and happy to find a team to trust!

I had a great experience getting new tires and a wheel alignment at Firestone. Rob was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when he noticed my battery wasn't properly secured. He quickly ordered a new battery box for me on the spot, which I really appreciated. The service took a few hours, which is completely understandable, and the team provided excellent, thorough work. I'll definitely be back for future needs.
