I knew I had some serious issues when my car began misfiring on acceleration and then once when shifting gears. So I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day. Point one They told me the breakdown of the issues they found and gave me a bit of an evaluation on the importance of each case. Point two After getting my repairs and oil changed, I noticed the engine light was still on. At first, I was set to go home and about my business - if it drives fine, it drives fine; if it didn’t, I’d bring it back. But Mark asked me if they could look into it and they resolved this discovery as well. Point three for the A Team.

Zero stars. Terrible service! Took my car for two different problems, both times I had to take it back because they didn’t repair it properly, they’ll keep charging every visit even though they don’t know what they’re doing. The second time I had to take it back 3 times. They also overcharge and don’t let you know about the credit card fee if you use a credit card. The office lady is rude and the guy that answers the phone is a scammer. Stay as far away from this place as possible

I would give zero stars if I could. Not only did they try to overcharge me by $600 by listing a part twice, but they also charged me a 4% credit card fee and DID NOT tell me they charge this during any part of my repair. Would have been nice to know up front so I could have planned to pay differently. I wonder if they only treat women this way or if this is how they treat all their customers. Either way, I am reporting them to the state and will look into the BBB. Avoid. Customer beware.
