I am utterly disappointed in the service that was rendered to my family by this sorry excuse of a company. I’ve been trying to contact their company for a month because I am scheduled to close on a house but no one has responded to me or my husband! They conducted an overall inspection but did not render the results of the mold or radon test like we requested and paid for. Obviously the results are important to determine if we should move forward in the name of protecting our respiratory health since we have elderly family members and a young toddler. Stay away from hiring this company at all cost in the name of your sanity because they are a huge disappointment and their lack of responsiveness will negatively compromise your real estate transaction. It’s so unfortunate when you try to support local businesses but they FAIL TO PERFORM!

Not thorough at all. He didnt put any information about the roof in the inspection report. When asked why he left the roof off his response was " i looked and its good". Come to find out the Roof needs some repairs. Now i have to pay, when the seller would have made repairs if it was on the report. He also forgot to add the broke dryer on my report. I Only used him because nobody was available. I do not recommend them unless you know a little about how inspections should be done.

I’m extremely pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and rapport that Rob has built with my clients and I. He is very flexible with scheduling, which is important with everyone being busy nowadays. He is very thorough, extremely thorough actually. He does not scare the clients as some inspectors have in the past. He is quite honest with them but keeps them calm and rational regarding the home’s deficiencies. Robert was EXCELLENT! He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain what he found that needed attention and why it needed attention. He also explained things that I found be doing regular maintenance on that I was unaware of. He showed up on time, looked at every inch of a large home and had the report complete within an hour of leaving.
