The process of buying my tire was quick & simple. They had the tire I needed in a pinch. The technician with the glasses that helped me was very helpful and polite. The only thing I didn’t like (which wasn’t with me) was when an older tech had became rude with a customer. The young lady was inquiring about her tire pressure and didn’t see him fill it up. I seen him fill it up but instead of being polite and comforting her, letting her know he already did it. He became irate as if she was accusing him. Issue wasn’t big but customers keep the doors open. & yes she may have double checked but I didn’t see the harm in the customers question. Other than that great team and set up.

I hit a curb and ended up with a flat, plus another tire had a nail that was causing a slow leak. They fixed everything quickly and had me back on the road in no time. I had a pesky leak on my left front tire that only got worse the more I prolonged it. At first I was able to put air in the tire and it would last for around 3-4 days but now it was only good for hours before my tire would go flat. To make matters worse all four of these tires are basically new and less than 30 days old! Anyway, this whole thing was driving me nuts, so I started shopping around for a place. I remembered this local place that allowed you to drive up for on-the-spot repair and they work on your tire(s) while you wait in your car, so I decided to give them a try and I’m really glad I did. When I arrived there were a couple of cars ahead of me, which wasn't a big deal since this place is similar to a drive-thru you allowing you to conveniently wait your turn in your car. They work pretty quickly here and before I knew it I’m pulling forward to get my tire looked at. The mechanic was friendly, respectful, and took the time to listen to what was going on with my tire. He quickly got the tire off, diagnosed the problem, and explained what needed to be done in plain language. The problem was with the valve stem, which had a leak. The mechanic got right to work making the repair and explaining to me what he was doing. The work was done efficiently and correctly, and he made sure everything was explained to my satisfaction. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no runaround; just honest work and solid service. Oh, and the cost of this repair was less than 25 bucks! I couldn't believe I received this much service and such great work at this price point. What makes this place stand out to me is the customer service from all of the staff, but in particular the mechanics themselves that are actually working on your car. Usually, the people working on your car are hidden in a garage somewhere while you wait in a waiting room, so you never actually meet the mechanic working on your car. At Mac’s you are up close and personal to the mechanic. That’s a huge plus in my book. You can tell this is a local business that actually cares about its reputation and all of the customers coming there. It’s the kind of shop where they remember you, talk to you with respect, and make sure you leave satisfied. If you’re tired of chain shops and want to support a local business that does quality work and treats customers right, this is the place to go. They earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be back for future tire and service needs. Highly recommended!

Thank you, Mac’s Tire Service, for having your shop opens 24/7!!! My tire hit a nail on the way home from work. I found Mac’s Tire through Google and was so happy to see that they open 24/7, have over 8,000 reviews, and that they were also close to where I live! Although I had to wait for over 1.5 hours, Johnny 2 R was able to remove the nail from my tire, add air, and patch it. Thank you, Johnny and Mac’s Tire!!!

What a convenient and professional place - like a well-oiled machine ;) What a relief to have a 24/7 tire place in our neighborhood to tow the car for a bad flat fix before the "Snowcrete" snow storm came in the next day. In D.C., the service businesses we need cannot always make it and seem to move further and further out, so Mac's is a gold mine to have nearby. Their convenient "drive through" service is so easy, and boy, are those guys hustling in that bay to get you taken care of quick. The lady who works the office is SO NICE and makes it a pleasant, easy experience. Nothing like a sincere smile to brighten your day after a flat! Prices are reasonable and again, it's fast, easy, and friendly. Highly recommend Mac's!

I've always heard about Mac's amazing service and I finally got to experience it myself. When you need emergency tire service like I did last night, there's only one place to go - MAC'S! They treated me with courtesy, gave me a great price, were shockingly fast, and got me back on the road in no time. They were so fast and the price so reasonable, instead of a destroyed tire ruining my evening night out, it was just a little detour. I still made it to the restaurant and had a great night. Kind, courteous, professional and quick! I was in Rock Creek Park and when I got a flat tire. It was dark and I was nervous, I searched for the closest tire shop. So happy that they were open late, it was almost 8 pm and I didn’t want to be trapped in Rock Creek Park in the dark. The woman that answered the phone stayed on the line with me to help calm me down. I made it to the shop and my tire was changed within 20 minutes. Everyone was nice and friendly. I was able to make it home safely! Would 100% recommend!

I was all ready to pay for a new tire when one of their technicians told me ‘I remember you, you should check your warranty.’ And sure enough it was. A new tire for me with no charge! The tow truck driver recommended them and he was right. Who knew you you could get two new tires at 10 pm? The installer made sure the new tires were on the front and rotated a tire to where the other flat had been on the side. Great service and even a decent bathroom. The prices weren't bad either. Don't forget to tip the hard working installer.

Got all of my tires replaced here for $1000. It's pretty much a drive-thru tire service, which is amazingly fast and easy. I went there on Friday evening and it was very popular. At first, I had to stop on the road to join the line with three other cars in front of me. I felt bad because that was actually blocking the bus stop and the right lane for every car, so I left after 15 minutes of sitting there. I came back about an hour later and luckily got in the line and only had to stop on the driveway (or walkway), as you can see in my first picture. There's a wait time, but once they come to you, it's very fast. I said I needed all of my tires replaced and I wanted to buy them here. The staff just checked my tires first, walked into the office, and rolled out four new tires and showed me the price tag. To be honest, I don't know that much about cars and tires, so I totally trusted the crazy 8000+ positive reviews here, so I didn't check too much but immediately said OK. They are Goodyear, a huge brand that I feel very reassured by. The payment was easy and clear. (I wish I had enough cash in my bank so I could use cash or a debit card without paying an extra fee for using a credit card. The cashier made it clear before you selected your payment, and I appreciate that.) Service was fast, as everyone said. Also, there's a restroom for customers!❤️ I'd want to remind other people that you might want to just turn left after you leave the service area. I went straight first, and unfortunately, there was a parked car blocking there, so I had to turn right into that very tight alley. You need good driving skills or a small car.

Mac's has always been my shop of choice for my tires. Most recently, I had a nail in my tire and went to the shop to get it checked out on a Friday night. They did not disappoint per usual! The line was pretty long, so I waited about an hour (about 5 people ahead of me), but they were friendly and super quick once I pulled in. I was done in about 10-15 minutes! They also have a small waiting room, which is great when it's cold out! The hours are convenient and the payment process was quick as well. $23! Very affordable! I highly recommend!
