My Jeep Patriot was parked in Washington, DC, when the driver’s side door mirror was vandalized, leaving shattered glass scattered throughout the car. The technician, Sayed arrived right on time and quickly replaced the mirror. What really stood out was his extra effort — he took the time to thoroughly vacuum the broken glass and left the interior clean and tidy. Great experience all around. Rear window on Honda HRV, was able to call a weekday afternoon and get someone to come and replace it the next day. If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would. They replaced our front windshield and around 2 weeks later, my entire dash and glove box were covered in water after being in the rain for an hour or two. I called to have them come fix it and was told nobody would be available on a holiday weekend despite the advertised 24/7 service. When I asked again just to clarify, the man on the phone was incredibly rude to me and asked me “Is this not the United States? Do you not live in the U.S.? Do you not understand it’s a holiday here?” I then said if they couldn’t come fix the windshield before my car was being picked up to ship internationally, I would need a refund. He replied, “You think we’re going to refund you for a brand new windshield and the work we did??? No way!” Long story short, avoid like the plague!!! Terrible job and even worse customer service!

Great price but.....they came out to repair my window. The small window behind the rear window. Once replaced, after a week of driving, I went on the highway and noticed the sound as if ta window was down. I looked closer the rubber seal around the window was misaligned. 4 attempts over 3 weeks to get it fixed and they scheduled appointments and did not show. The 4th call.....the person tried to explain that I didn't have a problem. Unprofessional and won't use them again for any of my vehicles and definitely would not recommend them to anyone. I guess I got what I paid for. That's why the price was fair.

When I found my window smashed in, I was prepared for a replacement to be a major hassle, but AFG made the process simple and easy. Terrible experience!!! They damaged my dashboard and tried to act like it was already damaged... fortunately, I had taken before and after pics. To add insult to injury, when I called to report the incident, they took the call and told me they were going to have a manager call me the next day... no one called... when I called them several times, they would answer the call but not say anything... I am pissed!! Look at the pic... does it look broke covered in glass??? Also, the tech left the new windowshield unsealed... guess that was already like that also...

I must say that this company was very professional and they cared about my situation! Although they didn’t have my part on Sunday because the warehouse was closed, they kept their word on the time of arrival. They actually showed up before their time. Mansoor (mechanic) was extremely proficient, professional and friendly and he knows what he is doing. The job took less than 30 mins and he vacuumed all of the glass out of my car! Really disappointing experience with them. At first they were quick to schedule an appointment. Replaced my windshield but did not reattach the cowl correctly, leaving a huge gap between the windshield and the cowl and did not reapply the trim. They also did a poor job of applying the sealant/glue. Damaged my left luggage molding. Did not clean up the mess they made inside my car. They came back to fix the cowl but did such a poor job on it, not gluing it and making it correctly flush to the windshield. I had a follow up appointment for a master technician to come and correct the issues. They never showed. Didn't answer the phone when I called multiple times, didn't return my message left on their answering machine, didn't answer texts, didn't answer emails. I'd be happy to work with them to resolve but to not show up when scheduled and then to not respond, indicates poor customer service. Can I trust the lifetime warranty now? Probably not.

Mansoor, the technician who came to my home, was incredibly accommodating, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly to replace my cracked windshield, but once he assessed it, he immediately noticed that my vehicle’s sensors didn’t align with the windshield that had been ordered. Instead of proceeding anyway or leaving me unsure, he notified me right away and simultaneously contacted his supervisor. He double‑checked the vehicle details—including additional information from my car, likely the VIN—to ensure accuracy. Thanks to his diligence, they located the correct matching windshield back at the shop. The replacement windshield did cost more, and I told him I needed to confirm with my husband before making a decision. Mansoor was completely understanding and assured me it was no problem. He even took the extra step to secure the new windshield, just to make sure it would be available if / when I called for it. Once I callIed the shop back—less than 30 minutes later—to approve the updated cost (which, by the way, was still $100–$300 cheaper than every competitor I had contacted), Mansoor returned to my home within 40 minutes. He completed the installation quickly, efficiently, and with clear expertise. Before leaving, he walked me through all the care instructions and made sure everything was perfect. This is the kind of service you hope for but rarely experience. Mansoor’s professionalism, honesty, and genuine customer care reflect incredibly well on AFG Auto Glass. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement. Thank you, Mansoor and AFG Auto Glass, for going above and beyond!
