Botched oil change: he didn't replace the oil plug well so all the oil leaked out. The lack of oil has now caused +$1,000 damage. Don't recommend, won't go back.

These guys are so nice! They are trying to save you money, the opposite of going to a dealership that will upsell you. I have gone for oil and brakes and it's very cheap, and they have evaluated my AC and key fob issues for free.

These guys are completely helpful and honest. My car limped into their lot with a busted power steering hose and they were very accommodating in initially helping me refill my power steering, oil, and coolant reservoirs. They then got my car on a jack at a minutes notice, diagnosed the problem, and recommended the cheapest way to get it fixed and the safest way to deal with my car immediately/overnight, all while refusing offers of compensation or at least coffee. Pho, Phi, and their crew are great people and mechanics that I would recommend to a friend.

The battery in my car went bad, got a jump and drove to TT&D on a Saturday. They looked busy, but tested my battery for free, confirmed it was bad, and replaced it in 30 minutes. The cost was about what it would have cost me to buy a battery from an auto parts store and have it installed. I will be going to TT&D for auto service.

Really great auto body shop. I was rear-ended and had no real visible damage but took my car to TT&D just to get it checked out. He was honest with me and said there was no damage done / repairs needed. I could see another shop trying to charge me just to get some money in the door but TT&D is time and time again honest and reliable. I called, was told I needed cash, drove 17 minutes on a tire with a nail in it, called again to say I was 2 minutes away and past closing. Could they still do it? Pulled up: bing, bam, boom. $20. Drove home. The other people I called why were located closer to where I discovered the flat didn't follow up in a timely enough fashion. Oh, well!
