My experience with Crash Champions on 13th Street has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, the service was completely dissatisfactory. There is a serious lack of communication across the board—from the estimator, to the general manager, to even the receptionist at the front desk. Nobody seems to be on the same page, and getting a clear answer is nearly impossible. Calling corporate is no better. They only have three representatives handling customer service, and when you try to file a complaint, it can be escalated multiple times without any real resolution. Even after repeated follow-ups, not the Vice President, Director, or anyone in leadership bothered to reach back out. It feels like customers are being ignored and brushed off at every level. This entire company is a joke and comes across as a scam. I would never go back, never recommend, and would certainly never work with them again. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere—Crash Champions is absolutely not worth the time, money, or headache. If you live in the DC area STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND GO TO IMPERIAL AUTO BODY I’VE HERARD LOVELY REAL REVIEWS

Fantastic experience working with Ari. Got my car fixed quickly and did it for less than the estimate and competitors. Great quality and great service.

Crash Champoin poorly handled my car after it was repaired. .Management did not want to respond to my inquiries after the repair was completed with a dented front door. Unpleasant experience. in response to your pathetic response below, I am not surprised by the lack of sincerity and the fake concern expressed by Crash Champoin. It seems that you did not share with your illiterate Artificial Intelligence (AI ) the several emails I sent you requesting appointments and also the record of the security cameras in your parking lot where my car was damaged. You are employing cheap artificial response with fake messages which confirms Crash Champion Management avoids human contacts with its clients. It is sad that you lost your human touch with your client. You express concern by relegating to cheap AI the task of responding to clients feedback. This is a cheap business practice with expensive cost your long term enterprise. Please recover your humanity if you want business to succeed

Had the best experience at Crash Champions Collison Repair. My car was stolen -- the sunroof was smashed and there were also damages to the outside. We had it towed to Crash and they did an incredible job. Aria managed my repair and was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive. He provided multiple updates along the way. The manager, John, was also extremely kind and helpful. He even took my car to get gas as it had 0 miles left in the tank after being stolen. The repair is perfect and my car looks and smells brand new. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you all so much!

I dropped my car off on August 13th, and I’m writing this review now to share how things have gone so far. When I first entered the shop, I noticed a woman upset because her car had been there for over 30 days, which made me a little nervous. As a mother, I know I can’t afford a rental if it isn’t covered, so timing is important to me. I just spoke with Iris, who was very lovely and helpful. She explained that my scheduled completion date is August 25th but also made me aware that the repair is awaiting parts. I appreciate her transparency. For now, I’m leaving 3 stars to stay neutral and will update this review once the work is completed. Stay tuned—once everything is finished, I’ll be able to give a true rating based on the full experience.

I dropped my car off on September 20, it's now a month later and still nothing. They told me it would be ready in a few days, so I didn't get a rental. It was a minor fender bender. I got a text a week ago saying it was just being painted, no updates since. I think a lot of the recent reviews might be fake, especially since they all mention the same name. EDIT: I reached out to the email given in the comments and never heard back. They finally texted me that my car would be done today. I followed up for an update and am ghosted again. They told State Farm they would call me shortly then didn't.

Aria was such an amazing person to work with on my repair! My Honda CRV was smashed up during a hit and run. Aria was communicative and helpful every step of the way. Now my car is clean and good as new! Would recommend this place and Aria to anyone with car issues!

Got my car fixed here through USAA. The fix was fine, but they stole the dash cam ($80), phone mount ($25), and several USB cords inside my car. I’ve called the manager multiple times about this, and both times he’s said he was “looking for them” but has not called me back or offered to pay. Do not bring your car here if you expect good service and value your things. (Photos include where my dash cam wire and phone mount were before they were stolen.)

Aria was my contact person and he was very personable and helpful. He communicated well and really provided great service. The repairs look good and were completed in a timely manner. I was aware of each stage of the process thanks to Aria. Everything went well, I’d come here again if needed.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with my service provider, Aria, was extremely communicative and attentive. When I informed him that I would be out of town, he went out of his way, worked overtime, to make sure that I would get my car back before I left. I did not catch the name of the women who helped me at the front desk but she also was extremely patient and helpful each time I came in. She explained the whole process thoroughly and left me confident in the service I would be receiving. Customer service like that is unmatched and I will always recommend this place to people in the DMV area.

Aria did a great job with repairing my Volvo. The repairs were also done in a timely manner. He was back and forth with the insurance company to get all the repairs approved. He goes above and beyond for the customer.

Dropped my car off on 09/29/25 after someone hit it while parked. Overall scope involved body work to remove the damage and replacement of rear windshield. Since Crash Championships was less than a block from where my parked car had been hit and they were an approved repair shop for my insurance taking it to them for repair seemed like the most convenient choice. In dropping off the car I reviewed the damage with John Moroni, the general manager. There was some additional damage to a rear tail light housing and bumper that had been caused by someone who had hit my car. I made it clear this damage was not part of the accident under the insurance claim. John offered to get me an estimate with a good price since they would have to remove the bumper, etc. as part of the repair so most of the labor would be covered by the repair under the claim and told him that would be great. To be clear the overall repair work done under the claim was fine but there was an extended delay caused by finding replacement glass. I had called several times in that period to try to get an estimate and finally spoke with a tech on 10/10 who reviewed and sent me a photo of the area to confirm the damage and promised an estimate by the end of the day or Monday. I never got that estimate and had to call on 10/15 and spoke with Mohammad to explain that I spoke with the tech on Friday of the previous week and he was going to get me an estimate for the additional out of pocket repairs. Finally I got a call back from a woman whose name i don't remember but was working the front desk when i had initially dropped off the car for repair and she indicated the tech no longer worked for the company. She offered the estimate as either for the individual repairs (tail light and rear bumper denting/paint) and she gave me the numbers over the phone and said John would get me an estimate via email. During the course of that call I essentially said that the cost quoted seemed fine. I got the copy of the estimate from John the following day and replied telling him that the estimate seemed reasonable, which would imply with them proceeding. I also sent a follow up to ask on the ETA/ETR since last I had hear they were awaiting the replacement glass and he responded saying the repair would be done "on Friday" but wasn't specific as to whether he meant the next day or the Friday of the following week. Today I get a call saying my car was repaired after waiting three weeks. I walk over to pick up my car at 5:30pm and Mohammad says I owe $200.00. I mentioned that there was an estimate for additional repair and get another deer in the headlights moment so basically said, 'Let me go outside to look at the car." The cracked rear tail light housing and damage was still there. After Mohammad attempted to get someone to come speak to me he gets John Moroni who indicates that I never signed off on the estimate and I explained that I spent three weeks chasing them down on it and indicated that I was okay with the cost verbally. One would think that if you hand a customer an estimate or give them a verbal quote and they say, "Great!" and you need signed authorization that the follow up would be to tell the customer to come by and sign authorize it. Instead they spent three weeks not calling me with any status updates on the repairs and dropping the ball on getting me an estimate. John's attitude that this seemed to be a problem on my end were one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I've ever had with a repair shop. He then asked if I wanted them to complete the repairs and I was like, "No, I'll get someone else to do it." Two star review as once the work was completed the work itself covered under the claim was fine but 0 stars on follow up and customer service. So they might do great work but their customer service is a dysfunctional mess.

Great experience with Aria after our car was stolen and damaged. He was super thorough, walked us through everything and kept us up to date on the repairs. Plus we never had to wait long in the shop.

Best service I’ve ever had. The people are so nice, polite and respectful. The service was quick and easy although they gave me seven days they finished in three I had no problems with the finished job completed. It was my second trip to their shop. Each time was great. I recommend them to everyone who may have damage to their car..

10/22/25 My experience is still on going with Crash Champion and thus far it has been poor. I scheduled and dropped my car off one week ago and they still have not completed disassembling my car to determine all that needs to be replaced or repaired. I called 6 days after dropping my vehicle off and they were unable to give me any update. The women I spoke to, although pleasant and professional, stated she had no information to provide regarding my vehicle. She attempted to speak to her manager but was told he was busy and would reach out to me when he was available. He never did, so I called the following day to learn they have not completed the disassembly and evaluation of my car. If you intend to do business at this establishment be prepared to wait a large amount of time for them to even evaluate and provide an estimate for your car. 10/28/25 This is a continuation of my review. I am still waiting for this establishment to complete there evaluation. It has now been 13 days without the completion of there estimate. The owner commented on my review requesting I email to get this matter resolved. I did and received no response. I highly recommend no one do business with this establishment as they do not complete there work in a timely fashion and also do not answer phone calls or emails.

Came in for a window glass repair and some dent work on the door. The shop was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was right on time. There’s plenty of seating while you wait. Overall, great experience, would definitely recommend.

Aria was good. Provided updates and even asked for approval when the part wasn't aftermarket like the bumper being replaced. The new OEM bumper looks good. Customer service was excellent. The quality of the job was great. Highly recommend.
