They did a speedy job replacing an ignition coil. Drop off and pick up in the same day. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Took him two weeks to change a fuel pump and never answered his calls. Charged $700 and was working on things I never authorized when I went to get it. Rude, slow and overpriced. Total slime.

They did some body work on my Mazda 3. They were friendly, professional, and reasonable. I will (and have) go there again (luckily not for the same issue!)

Scam Artists of the Century. I went in for an Oil Change, they charged me $94 because, " I didn't bring my own oil." Please avoid this place at all costs!

Fair and reasonable prices. Frank has been a savior for my 2002 Honda Accord. He is transparent about the costs and always repair my car in a timely manner.

I will never ever try this place again I didn’t have to many encounters with Frank but is wife is super unprofessional. I have never had someone be so rude when I am just trying to get clarification on my vehicle. Don’t go here unless you like awful customer service

Frank treated me fairly and gave a great price for mechanic services. He will be my goto choice for mechanics in the future. And he's cheaper for oil changes than jiffy lube! You just bring your own oil and filter from Walmart or auto zone around the corner.

I think the guy, maybe his name is Frank, is nice and experienced. But the lady there is not honest and not very friendly at all. I took my car with coolant leak issue. Ali checked and said the reservoir is leaking. The lady total me reservoir is $230, and with labor and other parts for a total of $325 but agreed to do for $300 if I paid cash. I told her the reservoir should be $50-$100 but she said all the internet prices are not true. So I went to the auto zone on the next street and got the reservoir for $99 and brought it for them to install. (Should have done it myself. Just two screws and two hoses to reconnect.) then she asked me to bring my own coolant. I brought 2 types of coolant not knowing which one to use and expected Ali would know. The lady then charged me for $148. Yes, $148!!! For just 5 minutes of work replacing the reservoir. I was being nice and handing her $100 but she said that is not enough and wouldn’t take anything less than $148! Unbelievable. She was asking for about $300 (total) - $230 (reservoir)- $20 (coolant) = $50 (labor). But now after I brought the parts and coolant myself, she is charging me &148 for the labor alone. Very dishonest person! And rude. Also, the mechanic, Ali, poured the coolant that was to use for cars older than 2000 into my 2016 explorer. I think that caused the issue and after a day my car has been over heating easily and causing issues. I called other mechanics and they told me I need to flush out the wrong coolant that Ali put in my car. It will Cost me another $150 to do that. I am very unhappy and upset with their dishonest service which caused me more issues and headache. I will not go there again and encourage you to check with other places before committing to get your car done there.

Frank and his guys are incredible. I live a few blocks away and drop in with my car for repairs/ service as necessary. Frank always has me in and out the door as quickly as possible and is incredibly patient with my bad explanations of issues (i.e. "its making a noise from the front somewhere"). Prices are always fair, service is fast and professional. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in the DC

They do great work! The staff are very pleasant and helpful. My car is a 2002 Chev. Malibu an older car and I'm satisfied with the window regulator and other work.performed at Franks. I've passed their shop many times and I'm so happy that I took my car to Franks.

Love going to Frank’s! He is fast and affordable compared to many other places. The location is a bit sketchy but I always go with my boyfriend so I don’t worry. Frank does honest and good work and I would choose him over a chain/fancy auto shop anyday.

Frank’s is great! Fair price and friendly service. Brought my car in for AC issues on a Saturday, and it was ready for pick up by Tuesday. He also installed a battery I purchased at Autozone for free. Thank you Frank!

Kind service. Accepted outside parts and offered affordable pricing for two wheel bearing replacements. Affordability of pricing can depend on the job but the staff is not pushy and are happy to give you an estimate up front with no strings attached.

What a wonderful auto body shop! I needed a new side mirror and they had the parts in within a day or so, called me to let me know it was ready early, and installed it within an hour! They were also able to give me estimates on other things right then. Very fair prices as well. They don’t play any games like that here. Rarely do you find work and service that is this good!

Got my car fixed. Great service! Frank and Lisa are so nice and helped me so much when I didn’t exactly understand what was wrong with my car and showed me what was wrong. Also very reasonable prices! Went to another auto shop and their prices were way to expensive. Definitely recommend coming here!

Frank and his children are fantastic. I live a few miles away and travel there in my car for any necessary repairs or services. Frank always helps me enter and exit via the door as quickly as possible and is incredibly patient with my inadequate explanations of the issues (i.e., "is making a noise from the front in some part"). The prices are always reasonable, and the service is prompt and expert. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Washington, DC.

I took my truck in on Labor day weekend to get the check engine light fixed. They fixed it quickly at a very fair price and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Great deal, great service would recommend 100%.

Gave me a great quote and then added $1000 to it at the time of check out. Super friendly service until I pushed back on the bait-and-switch and then they turned cold and stopped responding to me. Ended up just paying them to move on. Would not recommend, particularly for any women navigating auto repair solo.
