Tony did a superb job on the bodywork for my sister’s car after her accident. However, he charged us a hefty amount for suspension work that he never completed—despite it being critical for the car’s safety. When we confronted him about it, he falsely claimed that my sister had “demanded” the car be released before it was ready, which is utter nonsense . I’m giving him 1 star for the following reasons: 1. Incomplete Suspension Work & Lack of Honesty – Tony charged us the full amount for suspension repairs but never completed them. At pickup, my sister specifically asked if the car was ready. After a brief hesitation, he said “yes,” failing to disclose that the suspension work was still unfinished. 2. Repeated Delays & False Promises – Tony originally said the car would be ready Monday, then pushed it to Thursday, then Friday. Then due to rainy conditions, he guaranteed it would be ready for pickup Saturday morning, saying on Friday ‘only the paint needed to dry’. However, when my sister arrived as agreed, he seemed annoyed and confused—even though he had made this final guarantee himself. Due to personal reasons, after we picked up the car, we had to take the car out of state, where another mechanic properly fixed the suspension—for the same price Tony had already charged us. So, we essentially paid double for the same repair. When we requested a refund for the unfinished suspension work, Tony refused, offering the excuse that we had picked up the car “too early” and claiming he had “undercharged” us for the bodywork, which supposedly compensated for the missing repairs—both of which were unacceptable justifications. At pickup, Tony did say he would fix any issues that arise free of charge if we bring the car back to him. However, given the time constraints and the fact that the car was out of state, this was not an option. A refund was the only reasonable solution. While we do appreciate his skill in bodywork, the lack of honesty, poor communication, and repeated delays caused unnecessary frustration and extra costs. If he had simply been upfront about the unfinished suspension work and stuck to his promised timeline, we could have avoided this entire situation.

If you want honesty, reliability, quality, and the lowest prices, come here ASAP and talk to Tony. Tony has made my 13-year-old Prius look like new--front and back bumpers, repainted, shining. Gone are the screws and duct tape holding it up. I can exude professionalism again. And Tony charged me 30% less than his competitors. I'll be coming to him for all body work in the future!

So I had initially came here because I honestly thought that it was my studs but it wasn't it was the boot of my CV axle. I normally take people's advice and troubleshoot things myself and I'm glad that I didn't the only thing that I did do was buy some studs because I really thought that my studs was old but it wasn't it was the boot to my axle.... I really appreciate them taking the time out to fix my car at such a short notice even though I made an appointment week prior. But because the next day is the 4th of July I really appreciate them taking the time out to fix my car. Thank you 🙌🏾👍🏾😁

FEMALE & TESLA FRIENDLY BODY SHOP! I am always uneasy when going to a mechanic or getting repairs on my cars as a female because shops and big chains are ALWAYS trying to overcharge for work simply because I am a younger girl. NOT HERE! This guy gave me the BEST PRICE IN THE CITY to repair a botched job done by another "mechanic" ! To top it off, the repair only took ONE DAY! I literally picked up my car the NEXT DAY! They are super friendly and professional here! Under $700 for a job other shops were trying to charge me $1,000+ for! Some were even trying to remove the door off my car and all that extra, but I am so happy I found a shop that was simple and straight to the point! MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! Hopefully I don't need to get anymore repairs on my cars but if i do, i will MOST CERTAINLY BE RETURNING TO DIAMOND AUTO AND BODY REPAIRS! beware of the neighboring body shop that is in the same yard. it is FILTHY and the guy tried to charge me $900 to do the same job and it would have taken him a week! i have attached a photo of the damages they fixed! I do not have an updated photo of the car with the repairs because I am writing this review from the comfort of my bed! I will add them later :)

I can’t recommend this shop enough! The prices are so much cheaper than the competing shops in the area. The service is amazing too. I emailed Antonio a list of everything I needed done, he quoted me a price, and I dropped my car off. I paid the total upfront but they offered to do half and half too. I picked her up and was shocked at how amazing they did. They even fixed a bad paint job on the hood even though I didn’t ask for it! I couldn’t be any happier. I 100% plan on coming back here in the future. Thank you guys for handling my baby with so much care!

Tony…I love this guy. He was straight-forward (slightly grumpy 😅), kept it real and honest, walked over to my building to look at my car for free twice and ultimately fixed the car at a great rate. He did not have to do this and it saved me time and money from getting a tow. I casually asked about the front and back bumpers that were hanging and when I picked the car up, they had repaired them (threw that in). I wouldn’t have expected that and would not continue to expect that type of service but it was much appreciated it! I did take a fairly decent tip back to him because he deserved it. I will take any car of mine to Tony and his people!
