★☆☆☆☆ David Sturdy you have let me down as a customer. I have a large fleet of tow trucks, my 2009 Peterbilt truck broke an intake valve, this is apparently a common problem with your engines, my Cummins engine has only 84,000 miles on it, 4200 engine hours on it and the valve came apart. 2009's have a known valve problem and yet you will not help us. All I am asking for is a little assistance and you will not return my phone calls. I have had to call you from anonymous numbers just to get you to answer my calls, you wont let me speak with a supervisor not very professional. I am a longtime customer with Cummins and I have got no results from you at all. Engine Model ISX600 Horsepower Cummins engine. Respectfully, David Lynch Lynch's Towing Brockton, Ma.
