I love the fast service i get from Dr Auto no matter what the problem or need with my car may be. They are very honest about what the problem is and always give me ways to save money on the repairs I need unexpectedly or routinely. All the mechanics are very knowledgeable and pinpoint the exact problem unlike other companies that fix and repair everything till they eventually find the real problem. Friendly and polite employees that always want to make things right with my car the best way possible for the best price also! Check them out and tell the manager Joe that Cindy sent you! Believe me when I say you will be glad to finally find the real deal with Dr Auto!

Pretty good, but not perfect. Tldr; first diagnosis was obviously incorrect, but upon closer inspection the senior mechanic figured it out. Engine was smoking oil. I dropped the car off yesterday and they looked at it this morning right away. That was great. Their first diagnosis was that the oil was overfilled. I had just checked the oil level the day before so I knew that was wrong and told them. By the time I got there to discuss, the senior mechanic had found a leaking head gasket. They put the car on the lift and showed me.

Avoid this place. The owner Joe is a nice person but the mechanics are awful. I had my car towed in for a broken pinch bolt on my steering shaft and asked them to fix the bolt, instead they tried quoting me 1000 dollars to replace the whole steering shaft. My Infiniti was also in for a noise coming from the starter. They quoted me 4000 dollars to get to the starter so they could inspect it. I as a customer had to teach them how to take the starter out via text. That 4000 dollar quote turned into 1330 total with the pinch bolt replaced and a new starter included due to me telling them how to do it. Long story short just avoid this place, if I didn’t know anything about cars I’d have over 5000 dollars in repairs based off of the quotes given.

They handled My wife care with care, i couldn't find the wheel lock key on the car to replace the wheels so I asked if they can be removed and they did it with with no issue, I totally recommend if you need help and or service, Don’t be a stranger and stop by, you won’t be disappointed!!

We can always except excellence when leaving our cars for routine maintenance and a fast diagnosis and repair when we need emergency service. They are always up front about pricing for all repairs. I had an excellent experience at Doctor Auto of Chelmsford, thanks to Mideya. I called around 9:30 a.m. hoping for a last-minute appointment, and the business was kind enough to accommodate me with a noon slot the same day, which I really appreciated. Mideya completed my state inspection and replaced both of my front tires in about an hour—impressively quick without ever feeling rushed. She did a thorough, high-quality job and kept me informed throughout the entire process so I always knew what was going on. In a line of work that’s still largely male-dominated, it was especially refreshing to see a woman do such a fantastic job while being so polite, professional, and courteous. Kudos to the owner, Joe, for hiring someone like Mideya—she’s a real asset to the business. Highly recommend Doctor Auto for their excellent service.
