Ken was great but told me due to the recall I came on for i was going to need a new engine. Then Nissan stated it did not meet the requirements..so I had some service and left with an uncomfortable feeling about the safety of my vehicle. After my call to Nissan inquiry about this they started a claim but have not heard back. Very disappointed in Nissan a company that I have purchased vehicles from for almost 20 years 😢

I went for 3 recalls. 2 were addressed as they had a solution from Nissan. I was explained everything in advance when I made an appointment on phone. Service team is experienced, they gave my car back exactly in the predicted time. The car was washed without any charges. Good sitting area with Wi Fi helped me to keep working. Service team is not pushy at all.

I brought my vehicle in for a repair turned out to be transmission coolant line was leaking, that was technically out of warranty, and I expected to have to cover the full cost myself. However, the service manager, Nick went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer and find a way to get the repair covered. Also Ken service advisor was helpful and courteous. I was truly impressed by their honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

A couple weeks ago, my Nissan account indicated that my Murano was due for a recall, so I booked a service appointment in late December. And according to the technical review, nothing serious showed up on the recall review. So I was sent home thinking there was nothing to worry about. However, by the time I arrived home, I received a text message to schedule an additional service appointment to have the infotainment system assessed. So, I brought the car to the service department the following day. I arrived early for my appointment, but by Noon, I asked Paul the service manager, he told me that a radio part needed to be ordered and the car would have to remain overnight. By this time, I asked the general sales manager (Anthony) for a loaner car. He said without hesitation that one would be made available to me for as long as needed. As time went on, about a week, I decided to discuss with Richie(my salesperson & Anthony) the possibility of switching out of my Murano and getting into a Pathfider (platinum edition). As it turned out, the repair of the Murano took much longer than anticipated, and we decided to get me into the Pathfinder. Anthony, Jeremy, Richie all acted as a team to make this deal happen, I love the Pathfinder; it’s 6 cylinder engine, towing capacity, 3’ row seats, and distinctive styling. Thanks for making this happen for me!!

We went in on a Monday holiday and had to come back Tuesday for payment since the banks were closed, but Richie made the process as smooth as possible. He even sent us a personalized video of the car beforehand, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend working with Richie.
