I took my vehicle to Doggett Collision Center for a bumper and AC repair. They kept it over two months and returned it with the AC unrepaired after charging me for Freon. I explained to the tech that Freon was not the issue before even picking my vehicle up and he insisted it was and charged me for the service. I explained that he did not resolve the issue which he then confirmed, after checking it and agreeing that it was blowing hot. His solution after keeping my car two months was that I take it to BMW for a diagnosis, which he had already done for the brakes, but not the AC. What's frustrating is that I asked him repeatedly about my AC. My car was also having a bumper repaired. I would not recommend this non-caring company to anyone to be misused and disregarded.

Woo. Okay let me get started. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a collision shop. It took 6 months to fix my rear bumper. Really bad communication and delay after delay. They sent their tech to school for 2 weeks while he was supposed to be working on my car apparently. Kevin was my representative. They also stole some things out of my car like my storage brackets I installed inside my vehicle. 0/10 They were working on the back end of my car. I don’t know why they had to go through all of my things inside the car. They also left the inside of my car DIRTY as hell. Like dust and dirt caked on my seats and interior. Please never drop your car off here, anywhere else is better. Thanks for nothing Kevin.

The follow up was poor after having to call three times in one week. I had to reach out to my insurance claim team to get an immediate follow up. Dale, the estimator made it all the difference. When I did get a follow-up, Dale was thorough, concise and took care of me. I was expecting a better experience but if need be, I’d use them again.

How many tries does it take to get it right? I would count, but there would be too many. I’ve had the pleasure or rather the displeasure of visiting Doggett center multiple times and almost every single time I’ve ever gone there’s always been an additional problem after picking up my vehicle that then had to be taken back to be repaired. Now the staff here is generally helpful and will seek to resolve the issue. I’ve had to bring my vehicle back multiple times and of those times, two specifically they have provided me with a loaner from the dealership which I very much appreciated. However, every time I receive my vehicle, they tell me “everything went well” Everything‘s fine”, “Your car is all good”. More often than not, this is not the case, not even remotely. Moreover, the staff consistently fails to keep me well informed about the status of repairs, parts, etc. It wasn’t uncommon for them to call me one day in advance or the same day to tell me, my car was ready. If I didn’t reach out to them, I wouldn’t hear back from them for days or weeks. The final straw that pushed me to give them a two star review was when I picked up my vehicle after having damage repaired from wheel theft after about 4 to 5 weeks of being repaired. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was assured everything was repaired and the vehicle was test driven, and no problems. Less than 30 minutes after driving away, a notification appeared about a tire pressure system malfunction meaning I couldn’t get a tire pressure reading back. Additionally, within 15 minutes I heard a very loud clunking from the rear and felt a vibration coming from the steering wheel and seat. I immediately notified Dogget of the problem and brought it back right away. Once back I spoke with my Collision advisor and the next day I had an appointment at the dealership to resolve the issue (they also set me up with a loaner, thankfully). My problem is that I was told it was test driven and clearly it wasn’t because anybody with any mechanical sense could tell that this car had a damaged strut based off the drive or at least something was off based on sound and feel alone. Especially since the roads adjacent to the parking lot of the collision center are very crappy and instantly reproduce the sound. Even if the car was only test drove in and around the collision center anybody would have noticed or heard the clunking sound within 10 feet of driving out of the front door of the collision center. I have zero faith at all that the collision center at any point actually test drove my vehicle or did anything more than put a flashlight over my suspension and call it a day. It is truly disappointing that this is their quality of work. Overall Doggett collision center will work to make it right, but they sure won’t do it on the first second or third try…

They did not place the pins and screws on the trim over my from tires. The trim came loose on both sides while driving and scratched my car up. I have to purchase new ones. I live about 2 hours from the shop and they had my car a month. That’s ample time to do a quality check before letting me pick it up.

Did not fix parents car correctly or take responsibility for their mistakes. Tried to blame Nissan whom they chose to repair the computer. Said car was ready but never looked under the car instead tried to blame my insurance for not telling them. Parents are in their late 80's and fighting cancer i wish a company like Doggett would just do what they agree to, stand behind their work, and not be an argumentative preck to the elderly. If you want the work done right the first time with no problems go somewhere else.
