Went to the collision place on Elmwood and Hertel and they told me to buy some extra parts I didn’t even need serviced. Came here and they knew what needed to be fixed out of all the work that needed to be done and didn’ didn’t try to rip me off. Customer service and professionalism is infinite star. Although the work isn’t done yet they’ve gained my trust as a customer

These guys were super fast, friendly, honest, & the lowest price I found around town to replace my 2007 Subaru CV axel. They're open later too! GO HERE!! :) All other shops were $100/more & some had even tried to tell me my subie would also Require an alignment after replacing the CV axel but that's just simply not true. These guys rock & I'm so thankful they had my car sounding & working great again just 12 hrs after my call!!

I have been going to Don and Jim's for 30yrs. The guys are great and treat you like family. Honest, hardworking, and fair. Everytime I feel it's time to pull the plug on my car, they find an easy and reasonable way to keep her going. I would never go anywhere else.

Terrible service and scammers! I’ve spent over $2000 fixing my car there and I still cannot drive it. It’s a new problem everytime I pick the car up from them and they want more and more money. I could understand if my car was old and not in good condition but it seems like they rig a new problem everytime. Please do not go here!

I don't bother to write reviews often and I ain't no journalist or poet, but these guys are honest and transparent, communicated well and found a way to help me with in my budget in a more than timely manner. Everyone I dealt with from the mechanics to the parts desk person, "Conrad" were more than polite and positive and funny and helpful. They have a customer for life now.

Brought my car in for a routine inspection. After looking at my vehicle they called and let me know my brake rotors were pitted and should be taken care of. They also let me know they were purchased there just 2 years ago and were covered under warranty for parts and labor. They fixed this and I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Not many places go out of their way to help customers but Don and Jim's did a great job!

I stopped in by Don and Jims Auto Service East to get a price quote. I need rear brake pads on my pickup truck. I was also going to inquire about a vehicle that they were selling. When I walked in to the service office and stepped up to the counter, I received a very un-welcomed "Sup" . I guess that I am still a from a older time where you get a proper greeting. The gentleman was totally rude. He just gave me the impression that he could careless about getting new business from me. Which is sad because I live just a few blocks away! He did give me a quote $540 to change the rear brake pads. At this point I really know that he didn't want my business. Why else would he give me such a high quote? So I walked out and went to another business in West Seneca. The company did for $178.00 tax included. I can not make a comment on their work because I didn't have in done. I will say this, If you are going to give such a high quote for a simple job and you are located in a working men's neighborhood , You customer service and sales pitch should be top notch!

I wanted to take a moment and convey my sincere gratitude to Pat and his entire team ! I took my daughters car in and what we thought was a routine repair turned into so much more. Pat communicated very well throughout the entire process and provided updates and thorough explanations. Because of himself and his teams relentless hard work and perseverance through a very difficult repair my daughter has her car running and can get to work and earn a living! They went over and above for us and we are truly grateful ! I cannot speak more highly of this dedicated group of professionals, from the service advisor ( shout out to Conrad) the technicians and the ownership! Whether its routine maintenance or as in my case a complicated repair these are the trusted professionals that will get the job done ,treat you with respect and will earn your loyalty and you won’t want to go anywhere ever again! Dropped off truck on Tuesday evening for Wednesday morning 8 am appointment. No calls. I called on Thursday at 3 . They put me on hold and then came back with a huge price. Told them too much. Picked up the vehicle Thursday afternoon. Got home and luckily popped the hood to check my coolant. Engine cover was not put back properly and there was a rag on the inside top bumper left by radiator. Disappointed.
