After purchasing brand new tires from Don’s tires, I had to replace my new tires I bought with barely 18,000 miles on them. Don's has great sales people at the front desk and idiots in the shop, I was constantly complaining that my tires were never balanced correctly since the day I bought them. After bringing my truck back for the fifth time and being demanding they fix the balancing issue, the shop stewart inspected my tires and explained to me the tires were defective by the manufacturer and the manufacturer was not likely to give me a prorated refund which I found to be odd since he claimed the tires were defective and no sign of road damage was on my tires. I took my truck to a national tire company to get these replaced and to find out why I had the tires had the balancing problem, the tire specialists at the national tire shop showed me the flat spots on my tires because the wheel weights were not set properly in the rims which created flat spots on my tires. The tires were damaged and unrepairable after 18,000 miles. These people at Don's tires were dishonest in why my tires could never be balanced properly, covering for their bad tire mechanics in the back and resulted in damage to my tires that could not be repaired correctly. Don's incompetence and dishonesty forced me to buy a new set of tires after 18,238 miles. I know Yelp has very high ratings for them but be warned, companies on Yelp can purchase monthly subscriptions and delete posts they do not like.

I had what turned out to be a difficult problem to diagnose with my tire pressure system. Don's mechanics stuck with it. It took three tries, but they finally were able to get to the bottom of things and fix the problem. And they did not charge me for the fix because it took them multiple times (I had my credit card out to pay). That's what I call good business. I so appreciated their efforts to solve the problem and was floored by their not charging me for the fix, which they could have. They made a loyal customer of me I'll tell you that!
