I might be in the minority here with all these other reviews, but my experience there was awful I changed the plugs. I ended up changing a few other things to no avail. The issue continued so finally I wrote a long list of everything I did to try to correct the issue and left them my truck (Sunday night) Monday late afternoon they contacted me and said they checked everything I did and they felt it needed new fuel injector , I agreed to have that done. On Wednesday they said that changed the fuel injector, but it did not solve the light issue. They went on to tell me they thought they should check the compression of the cylinders. I told them to go ahead. they discovered a couple of the cylinders did not hold them out of pressure that they should, but said it was now beyond their scope of their ability, and then I should take it to a Ford dealership or engine expert. when i left them my truck i wanted them to also change my oil and check my brakes. they changed my oil but never checked my brakes not did they leave me with the bad fuel injector (which i indicated i wanted any replaced parts). all that cost me $791. just to change my oil and to tell me that don’t know how to fix ford engines! based on my experience, they might be good at changing tires and oil but that’s about it!
