My car broke down in a carport after closing hours so I had to call them in the morning. It wouldn't start, no clue what was wrong with it. Got it towed here in the morning and within about 3 hours, they diagnosed it, fixed it, and got me back on the road. It needed a new fuel pump and now it runs beautifully! This is my first car and the first time it had broken down on me so I was very nervous about getting it fixed, but these guys were amazingly helpful and I had no doubts they would be able to figure it out. Definitely recommend them!

So this little shop is hidden and tucked away behind the car wash but once you find them you won’t be going anywhere else. I’m been having problems with my car for the past couple of months and took it to two “respected” mechanics who ended up not taking the necessary time to diagnose my vehicle and tried to charge me upwards of 1000 dollars for repairs that weren’t even the problem. These other mechanics were just guessing at the problem and willing to charge as much money as they could for their guesswork until the problem was solved. I ended up taking to Dr Car Services and was warmly greeted by Cesar who was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did they take the time to properly diagnose my car but charged me WAY less than other quotes from various sources. My car was up and running in less than 2 days and after getting my car back it Ian running better than it has in 20000 miles. Finding this shop was a blessing and an end to a 2 month nightmare. I highly recommend this shop.

Great shop! I had my brake rotos/pads replaced and oil changed at a reasonable price. They were able to install the parts I purchased myself. Other shops I reached out to would not allow that. I was in and out quickly. They had a nice waiting area. They are kind of hidden behind a bar/restaurant, but definitely worth the search.

During our family vacation / road-trip to Arizona, our vehicle left us stranded due to a faulty sensor. They replaced the gas tank in my car for a reasonable cost and timely manner. I took my car back for a follow up because the check engine light came back on two days after I got it. I called them and they were more than happy to recheck the vehicle and re-diagnose it for me free of charge. They rechecked for evaporation leaks, made sure everything was good and were very professional and thorough. A pleasure to do business with!

My friend came here to get her window fixed, and I ended up having to speak with them myself because of how they handled the situation. They originally quoted her a few hundred dollars less than what they ultimately charged. After they had the car, they called back about 30 minutes later and said it would be over $200 more to fix it. This is a textbook bait-and-switch tactic. What’s even worse is I believe they took advantage of her simply because she’s a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of integrity. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Total rip-off.

Wonderful experience, nice and easy with great prices. Walked in with no appointment and got my brakes changed for my Audi in less than 2 hours. Ride is so clean and smooth now thanks to these guys. Air conditioned wait room with water, restroom, and other amenities. 5 stars all across the board. The dealership was charging about 3x as more.

They did a really good job with my window tinting but i had to return multiple times for them to fix multiple mistakes that they made, such as the rear main seal leaking and the ignition switch. Had to find a new mechanic after they messed up my rear main seal for a 3rd time.

Brought my car here for a window that fell off track. Was originally quoted $400-500 max (that was with a more expensive part) they called me a half hour after dropping off the car saying they found the part for the cheaper although the price went to $650 and the labor ended up going more than double the part which in total should have been an hour job he then quoted me 2.5 hours which makes the hourly rate around $150 which is insane. I will never come here again this only happened due to me being alone and them already having the car and pushing my back against the wall

My water pump grenaded on the 101 going to Scottsdale , I was in need of a great auto shop and I got super lucky , "Dr.Car Services' was right off the 101 on cave creek road . They had the parts in stock , they worked with my warranty and it didnt cost me a dime to get it fixed plus a year warranty , they where done in a couple hours and was down the road ! They do tint, vinyl wraps detailing , off-road equipment and work on vintage vehicles , there's not much they dont do . Caesar and Danny are great to work with I will definitely be a return customer .

Absolutely incredible experience. My car's alternator almost died on my way to work, and I knew I needed to have it inspected and potentially replaced ASAP. I work far from where I live and wasn't familiar with any mechanics in the area. DR Car Services was the closest to where I was, so I called right when they opened. Cesar was so friendly, told me they would make time for my car as soon as I got there, and handle my alternator - if that was the problem. I left it with him and went to work. He called back so quickly to tell me what was wrong, fixed it within 3.5 hours, and charged an extremely competitive/fair rate. I highly recommend DR Car Services. They saved me today.
