During Christmas week they were the only ones who took the time to replace my headlamp so when my van had a problem I called and explained my problem and was given a appx quote. When they went over my van the mechanic called and explaiwhat the actual problem was and gave me a price and ASKED me BEFORE he started work if he should proceed. Crazy I know! I picked up my van without cost shock was explained exactly what was done and why. I will never go anywhere else.

These guys really helped me in a pinch! Jeep went into “limp mode” while travelling on 476 on a roadtrip, and it wouldn’t accelerate above 35 all of a sudden. They have a key box and ample parking, so even though it was late on a Saturday, I was able to leave it. They got right back to me on Monday mornjng and told me exactly what was wrong - an easy fix! Just an hour of labor, a great explanation and extra tips for future issues. They saved our roadtrip and our budget! Thank you!

I own a maual Jeep that I had brought to another shop for transmission noise. The other shop misdiagnosed the problem and replaced the clutch and flywheel, then said the noise had been covering up the other. Dreisbach's actually fixed the issue, and under budget too, in a timely manner. I will be returning there if I ever have trouble again.

Rick is very professional and takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with your car. He also does everything he can to fix it right the first time ! What a concept ? Plus, if he sees anything he doesn't like; then he lets you know about that too as he treats your car as if it were his own. A+++ shop as far as I'm concerned.

I had my car towed there for a power steering problem. I did have to wait a few days for a tow, not a big deal and not surprising they were so busy. The tow driver was very nice and professional. They fixed the car quickly, did a very good job and it didn't cost as much as I thought it would. Like a couple hundred less. You hear so much about garages that overcharge and do poor work it scares you when you have to depend on one. Just goes to show not all places are like that. I'll never take my car anywhere else. And I'd recommend Dreisbach's to anyone.

Incredibly nice people and amazing service. I was recommended this place by a co-worker and they were so kind, found the issue, and repaired it all within a day. Mike was amazing. He was upfront about any potential issues that could be related to the problems I was having with my car. Once he had my car and looked at it, he called and left a detailed message with options I could take to fix it. Prices were upfront and reasonable. This is a first class auto repair shop. Originally Ford was the one I originally tried to have look at my car. Ford asked me to drop it off for up to 2 weeks. The repair Representatives stated they were short-staffed and couldn't handle it in a quick manner. Mind you this was just to figure out what was wrong. This does not include repair time. That means I would need a car rental for 2 weeks or more out of my own finances. Thank you Dreisbach for taking care of the issue and my car. I am so grateful to have been referred to you.

Great experience. I have been dealing with a sunroof leak for about 6 months now. Visited dealership multiple times & they were unable to properly diagnose. I was actually quoted $3,500 for a brand new sunroof. Found dreisbachs auto on google & went for it due to positive reviews. Made an appointment & a few hours later my vehicle was ready. Extremely great price. 2 months later and my sunroof has not leaked a single drop! Mike is truly great & provided me with great customer service & all the preventative information needed to avoid future sunroof repairs. If i could rate a 10/10 i would but google only allows 5 stars haha. Overall, truly a great shop & not your average mechanic trying to overcharge for unnecessary repairs. Family owned business as well! If you have any doubt in your mind about visiting dreisbachs auto please dont. They are truly great. Thanks again to Mike & everyone over at dreisbachs!

If you want the best.. i mean, the very best... well... There really are just no words... not short ones for me anyway. Mike the owner is just so amazing. (I'm a pain in the ass) & he is just so patient & helpful with me & all my many vehicles. M always at the phone/desk handling my inquiries... Seth... young genius... my car almost killed me with loss of steering... Seth fixed it 1,2 3. Have numerous issues with my 59 Fury & they have Rick & the expertise to handle everything I throw at them (even my 7.3 Turbodiesel Tank) All my vehicles are crazy... custom... (annoying like me) but here... in this family owned & operated business... I'm treated like family. I absolutely love these guys... this shop is amazing & while I don't want them to get too busy to work on my cars... lol... I just gotta shout out not just a "good" shop... I gotta give credit for Excellence!!!

I had a very positive experience with Dreisbach's. They are very thorough. My truck was not running properly. After an extensive diagnostic process a tune up was suggested. The truck is performing better for sure. I would definitely return as a customer.
