Had a slight fender bender on my Subaru Outback on December 19th. While searching for a repair shop, I decided I would contact Drew Brothers due to their proximity to me, and my being somewhat familiar with their business, having seen them at the same location for years. I was treated very nicely from the very first call I made by Melissa, the office manager, who helped through all the questions, etc. with courtesy and ease. The repairs were done in a shorter time frame than we were told, and the results were excellent. The team at Drew Brothers seems to work by the old adage, "let your actions speak for you", because with little fanfare they showed what fixing a vehicle at a fair price means. Manager was very courteous and available to answer any questions. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone who needs auto body work done to go to Drew Brothers Auto body on Florida Avenue in Tampa. They do a very good job.

I recently took my car to Drew Brothers First Autobody for some repairs after an accident, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The staff was very professional and friendly, and were eager to answer any questions I had. My car was damaged from a parking garage collision, and they fixed everything with no problem. Not only did they fix everything, they made my car look brand new! The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently, and the price was more than fair. I also needed my car to be fixed by a certain time period and they worked diligently to fix my car on time. Most car repair shops would probably just ignore that request but they worked tirelessly so I could get my car on time. They truly go above and beyond to provide excellent service for their customers. They really care about their customers and their craft which is why I have no problem leaving a 5 star review.

I took my Challenger in for body work repair after I was rear ended. Not only was Drew Brothers professional and kind, extremely knowledgeable! They did a walk around the car with me and then took note of the damage. Shortly afterwards they ordered the parts and only two days after that, they called me to notify me that my car was repaired. They did an amazing job!! The manager took the time to meet with me each time I came in, and always offered their amenities. He was so kind and personable! They also took great care of my vehicle and even put my lanyard in my center console. Usually, when businesses remove it from my keys, they just lose the lanyard they are attached to. You can tell the mechanics and personnel really enjoy what they do, and know what they're doing. I would take my car here again in seconds.

I don't have the strongest background in car frame, engine, radio and electronics but more then enough experience to cause myself expensive repairs. With the help of Esurance and the Drew Bros I received simple easy to understand instructions of what my options were along with what was necessary or critical concerning repairs. Both could have easily added to the stress level already being experienced.

I had some paint on the rear end driver side of my car because I scraped the side of my garage…I took it in to Drew Brothers for an estimate to paint that and my hood and received an estimate for $1200… I took my car to two other places and they basically told me that I could basically scrub the paint off my rear driver side because it didn’t loom like the paint was damaged on my car… I called Drew Brothers and spoke to Lorenzo about it and he basically doubled down on his estimate…while my car doesn’t look brand new, he’ll it’s over 10 years old but it certainly looks good enough to not pay $1200 to repaint the rear ended of my car…and let’s say half of it was to paint my hood…$600 to do what I can do with 1 hour of my time including the time to drive to the store and buy some compound to help smooth out the rest of the scratches… You gotta be quicker than that to pull one over on me…

This is a little bit overdue but everyone needs to know how amazing this place is! I was in a car accident back in May and wasn’t at fault, being it was my first serious car accident I was unaware with the process/claim aspect/etc. Well, Mike went above and beyond for me and helped me through the situation, which I’m forever grateful for. Not only that, I had to clean out my messy car so they could work on in it and Tony even helped me clean out my car! (Thank you again Tony I know I had a lot of stuff). If I could give them 6 stars I would. Mike was awesome and very professional. The owner who I forgot his name give me the confidence I needed to go ahead with the repair. But all that aside. Great workmanship and service! I recently took my vehicle to Drew Brother’s for accident repair. Admittedly, I was nervous trying a repair shop I wasn’t familiar with but I gave it a chance based on my insurance and Honda’s recommendation. I’m so glad I did.
