Very disappointed in drive and shine. Recently purchased a new car not even a year old and recently just got the VIP membership to keep it clean during the summer. The third time that I get my car washed I now have specs of my paint chipped off the exterior of my vehicle on the hood of my car on the top of my car, and on the side of my car that I know, for a fact was not on my new vehicle.

Soaked my motor and refused any responsibility for damaging the head/electronics. Lied about my engine having a tick, literally 0 sounds from my motor until AFTER they soaked it. Wont refund my $ either.

Came here to use their self service car wash. Nothing works right. Over half the bays are closed. Can see 100% why. Wasted $10 and left to find somewhere else that actually works. Vacuum machines are even worse. Do not waste your money or time.

Absolute WORST drive and Shine I have EVER been to. Its OLD and janky as hell!! NO free vacuums and even the ones u pay for dont work. I had to go through their wash twice because it didnt even clean my car and the second time was a TITANIUM wash and I still came out wiping dirt off my back. I just got tired of wasting my time but save yourself and go elsewhere for a wash. TRUST ME.Terrible terrible wash here omg....

Kristin and Blake are great. Got my wash done to get that salt off. UPDATE: Unfortunately, the back of my mom's SUV was left very dirty. Not worth the 20 dollar gold wash if the back looks like that! The photo shows how filthy it was left...
