My name is Sandra, I called Drivers edge a couple days in advance to schedule an appointment I woke up at 8:30 AM the exact time of my appointment. Immediately called drivers Edge telling them I just woke up. Asking do I need to reschedule? They told me no problem. Come on in. We’ll take care of you.. Grateful!! I called spoke to a gentleman named Remi. Mine you Remi, Two months prior provided top-notch customer service after I had repairs done at a different shop In which that was a complete nightmare. He took 15 to 20 minutes out of his day to help a woman in distress. Yes, that was me!! I never forgot about Remi’s top-tier customer service so I knew i ‘d be back. Well, I did so on yesterday. Remi, Top-tier customer service left me a little taken back because I’ve never had anyone care as much as he did to make sure I got my vehicle. The team worked a little overtime to make sure I was safe. Thank you so much to the mechanics as well!! I love that Drivers edge provides transportation when you drop off your vehicle so you don’t have to sit and wait! They dropped me off at home and picked me up when my car repair had been completed. Being a woman, I’m always concerned about being overcharged or taken advantage of but Remi had worked out the numbers before I arrived therefore had an idea of a roundabout price. It was spot on! Drivers edge is blessed to have Remi represent their company because I’ve never gotten customer service the way he delivers. I didn’t get a chance to meet the team in the back, but I’m so impressed with this Drivers edge . I’ll definitely refer all of my friends and family..
