Complete scam artist Brought my car in for An inspection they tried to say that I needed wipers however I just put new wipers on the day before so they did not want to pass me then they try to charge me $50 for “lift fee” I did not request for my vehicle to get put on a lift I came in for an inspection that should be $21 and these soul called professionals tried to charge me $50 for absolutely nothing all because I did not want to purchase wipers from them

If you couldn't replace the transmission properly you should have just said so. Instead, we wasted 5K on a faulty job. Wish I could go back in time but now we have to junk the car and throw 5k in the garbage. Thanks for Nothing!!!!

He is the biggest fraud in the county or may be in the state, he said he has installed new tire rods in my car which he didn’t do and and took the money from us….now he doesn’t wants to answer any calls. Please boycott him… for your own good

this is to the owner-you’re a liar. I visited your shop in January 15, 2022 at 10:30 am which is exactly when this happened. You answered the phone when I called and you were sitting at the desk When I came in. You are a short Hispanic man with dark hair and glasses. I don’t need to lie. I don’t know Jamal or Khalid personally, I just needed my car fixed and noticed another shop across the street after you lied to me and told me you had the part just to get me to bring my car in. I wasted my time and money with you. Look at all these one star reviews, clearly I’m not the only person who had a bad experience with you. Good luck with your bad business! I called this shop in January 2022 to see if a starter was available before I towed my car over and I was told “yes, bring it in.” I arrive and the owner tells me to have a seat while he calls around for the part. About 10 minutes later he says he found it & but it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. The reason I had my car towed there was he said he had the part available. He should’ve been honest and told me he had to locate the part first and if he did find it , it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Just be honest, no need to lie. I asked him to bring my car out the garage so I could go elsewhere bc I no longer wanted to work with him. He no longer wanted to help me since I told him he wasn’t honest and instead of bringing it out he told me mystery coupe was too heavy and he didn’t have a flatbed. I said “I just watched you push it inside the garage with three other men but now it’s too heavy to Push out?” The tow truck gentleman who was with me interjected and said “I can help you and there’s a guy over there, that’s 3 of us, we should be able to do it.” The owner looked directly at me and said “ you gonna push too?” What a jerk. I had it towed across the street and Mid Hudson Auto Sales helped me. I had great experience with Khalid and Jamal. They got me the part, repaired it the same day and gave me a free oil change. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this shop at all costs and go straight to 643 Main Street instead. Jamal and Khalid are quality professionals who are knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. This owner is a liar, read the reviews and see for yourself

This place is horrible. I took my car in for an inspection , went to the store across the street for 5 min and came back , my driver side window shattered. They tried to blame it on a door that had a bump from two weeks ago but has been opening and closing just fine. The window could’ve just been pressed down since that didn’t have a problem at all. I’m not sure why he thought it was ok to break the window. Other doors worked as well. There was no reason to break my window. And THE OWNER WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. He broke the window, he should be fixing it. Not telling me to pay for the damages he did. He thought it was about money and showed me his money said he’s not hungry for money. I would’ve paid no problem if i brought it in broken. He wanted me to pay it all the window and labor for something he did. He didn’t even want to give me his insurance so I can call my insurance. I took it to Eddies auto shop afterwords (great autoshop) they tried to talk to the owner and the owner hanged up. Anyone who tried to talk to him with me he would say he would only speak with me. Thinking I would agree to pay because I’m a young woman. Horrible place. It should be shut down. They passed my inspection knowing they broke my glass. Horrible customer service horrible owner.

Brought my car here for an inspection on a weekend. Called and asked if someone could do an inspection. They said the owner would be back in ten minutes to do it. Bring it in. I brought it in and waited almost an hour. They put it on a lift. They then told me I needed wipers. I didn’t see them test the wipers and asked how they knew (my wipers were top of the line, less than a year old, and worked perfectly fine so I knew I didn’t need wipers). He said he did “the water test.” I asked him to take the car down and I would buy wipers and bring it back. He said there would be a $25 charge to take it off the lift. What?? He said there would be no charge for taking it off the lift if I bought the wipers there. Left me no choice! (I should’ve called the police). They charged me top of the line price for bottom of the line wipers. I asked for my old wipers. Tried to watch him like a hawk but he stepped behind a pillar. When I got my blades back, they were sliced. My “inspection” cost me over $70. Total RIP OFF. DO NOT GET AN INSPECTION HERE. DISHONEST PRACTICES!!

I will never be returning after my experience dealing with this shop. My mom discussed an arranged price with the owner of 100$ the day before I get there. The next day he adds another 135 on top of the original price. I 100% believe it was because I am A man. The work in my opinion was worst when I left shop than before I got there. When I brought the vehicle back to be reinspected he declined and refused to give the money back. I had to then go to another shop to see if they can fix it. Morale of the story I hope everyone reads this with the realization of what type of people you’re dealing with. Do not bring your car to this shop

Just like everyone else says, this guy is a scam!! Go elsewhere. Again like everyone else, brought my car in for inspection and said I needed 1k worth of work to pass for inspection and that’s a lie, then tried to get a down payment from me lol. I told him no, went to pay the $21 and gave him $25 and didn’t want to give me change, first said he helped me out which is hilarious, secondly didn’t have change and lastly said his credit card machine was broken. Guy is a joke and should be shut down! Please go somewhere else!!
