William is a amazing mechanic. He's young enough that I'll see no other person that I would trust my car too.

Honest and quality work. I've had an exhaust repaired, brakes, oil change, alignment, etc... No inspection but they do everything else. Give 'em a chance.

At first I was very happy with the service, then went in for an oil change. Also 2 bottles of anti-freeze added and the total came to $150. A total ripoff. His wife couldn't even explain reasonably why it was so high. Had a problem with the heater and all that was added was antifreeze, another $30. Returned for a second time about the heater, was told by his wife the thermostat was replaced but it wasn't. I won't be going back there nor giving any referrals.

First of all - William is a good man. However, William is an excellent mechanic. He diagnoses the issue, calls you BEFORE buying parts or repairing it. When he fixes it - it's fixed. His prices are reasonable. He maintains my car. If you need a great mechanic - go to Williams Auto Service Center.

Disrespectful. He is always over charging me, I bring him multiple cars. Got two oil changes done. He kept my oil and my filter. Luckily I needed to get an inspection from another place and they said my oil or filter was never changed. If you're not from poughkeepsie, or of Latin decent he is going to stiff you. Very dissapointed.

Came in for a diagnostic, which was free of charge from the owner. I wanted to know why my car kept cutting off randomly, other concern was the AC (which wasn’t my main concern). The owner called to tell me that the AC was okay ( broken English) I didn’t really understand what he was telling me it was difficult to hear him. I told him that my concern was that my car would randomly cut off I wanted to know why. He said okay give him 30mins to check. I pulled up to the shop thinking everything was fine they said there was nothing popping up on the dashboard. Mind you he said the diagnostic was free so I pulled off. I’m down the road where his workers almost got into a crash with me telling me I needed to pay the owner…? I was confused so I drove back to the place and the owner explained to us that he fixed the AC which I didn’t know he said on the phone that the ac was okay but as he was explaining when I drove back that he had to fix the AC which was 200 I paid him which money wasn’t the problem. I didn’t like what his employee did and he never apologized. Why would you fix my AC without communicating with me…a simple “I found the problem with your AC, I will charge you 200 to fix it”…..smh I would never go back here again service sucks.

Great place one of the honest places I have ever been too. I had to replace / fix the y exhaust pipe one mechanic had wanted 539$..I was recommended this place by my friend and left the vehicle. They fixed the problem topped off all the liquids and charged me 175$.. one of the honest person I have ever met in this day and age. Definitely a keeper

I came here to change the oil when they were about to get off work. The staff who changed the engine oil not only failed to tighten the cap under the oil tank, but also failed to tighten the cap above the filter. Oil keeps leaking from underneath the car. Moreover, as soon as the car was started, the oil kept coming out of the filter cover, and oil was dripping everywhere on the front of the car. Because the oil leak was discovered at 9pm. All garages are closed. I spent $100 to have someone drive an hour to my parking lot in the middle of the night to tighten the caps on the oil tank and filter. I added 3 quarts of engine oil myself. Since I bought 10 quart of oil, my car needs 6.8 quart. Only 3 quarts of oil remain. Without engine oil, my car won't start the next day and the engine will burn out. The next day I drove my car to the garage owner, who asked his employees to change my oil again. My car needed 6.8 quarts of oil, and they added 10 quarts of oil. My car started to smoke after I started it, so my boss told his employees to take my car out and drive it for half an hour so that the excess oil would burn off, and that would be fine. They are very unprofessional. How many kilometers does it take to drive 3 quarts of engine oil to burn it out? Will my car still start normally after the oil has burned out 3 quarts? Is my motor still usable? And how much more gas do I have to spend on the car to drive it for such a long time? I stopped the boss from doing that. Moreover, he initially refused to admit that it was their problem that caused the oil leak, and was unwilling to compensate me for spending extra money to have someone tighten the oil cap. He even wanted to shirk responsibility. He don't want to change the oil again. After my repeated requests, I asked him to change the oil for me again. Before adding the oil, he had to measure 6.8 quarts of oil and pour it into the oil tank.
