I applaud the dealership for coming out with their service truck and getting my Lugnuts off of my car since the wrench supplied by Ford would no longer work because the nuts had expanded. This is not a criticism of the dealership, it’s a criticism of the manufacturer. Why did Ford choose to not put a solid lug bolt on my 2015 Ford Escape, instead they put caps on the nuts and the caps have expanded and I can’t use them with the proper wrench supplied by Ford. I had to replace all the nuts.

I especially appreciated have my car delievered to my home after servicing. Previously I went to the Ford dealership in Beacon, which is near my home. Once it closed I did not like having to drive all the way to Wappingers Falls for servicing, so the car pick up and drop off service is something I value.

Asked to rotate out back spare tire they only did the 4. Waited over an hour past my 10 Am appt for the car to be taken in. Would not honor my free second oil change because they are the new owners of my dealership. Person who took my car in drove it recklessly. Rather heavy footed. Over all utterly horrendous service and

Service was completed as expected, though I had to wait 4 hours instead of the 2 hours it would normally take for an oil change. I had a Ford accessory to be installed in the car that required a rivet gunl they did not have which escalated the wait time an additional 2 hours. I realized they just relocated from Beacon, which is possibly the reason why they did not have the tool.

Zero stars more appropriate! No communication and impossible to reach anyone. When I was told that all of the parts came in on a Tuesday - it took another whole week to get my car back! I had to get a rental for 3 weeks!

I made an appointment to have my RV safety inspected. I was told that I had to go to the Goshen Healy Truck service center. Upon arrival I was told that their inspection machine was down and it was uncertain as to when it would be working. I spoke to a very caring customer service representative and I explained that I had to drive an hour to get to that facility then Another hour to return home. I asked her if I could possibly have the inspection done at the Poughkeepsie Healy Ford site. She immediately called Poughkeepsie and arranged my inspection there. She told the person in Poughkeepsie that Healy Cares about their customers and how they are treated. She is a bright shining example of excellent customer service. I will recommend Healy to all my friends and family. The inspection happened on the very same day. I couldn’t be happier with the seti received.

Had my car for over a week after being told 2-4 days. I had to call on day 5 3x before I could get someone to update me on my car. Claimed the part wasn’t in. It magically appeared the next day and after being told it was hours and hours of labor it was done in less than a day and half. They also started charging 3% credit and debit card fees, which is absolutely ridiculous at a place where nothing is done for cheap.

The car was dropped off for an 8am routine service appointment. The car's service was not completed until almost 2:30pm. When my wife called at about 11am, she was told your car should be done very shortly. Obviously, that was a lie. A service person actually told me that just because you made an 8am appointment that doesn't mean that's when your car will be serviced. Your service department is a nightmare. We did not even receive a receipt for the work that was done.

I think the drop off and deliver service is great. Christian was such a nice young man who drove me home. When I found out the problem with the fob was the battery, I was relieved. Actually we had tried ourselves changing the batter but it always said no key found. I appreciate that I wasn’t charged for the labor. All in all it was a great experience working with Harley.

Nice staff, however all scam artists. Came for a warrantied part and almost walked out with a 600 dollar bill for fixing and replacing parts I never asked to be fixed or replaced. Don’t ever go to a dealership for a warranty replacement the entire things a scam

OMG SHOUT OUT TO JERMONE THOMAS!! I bought side boards for my Bronco and he made the installation so easy . He notified me with issues , we corrected them , painted part to match my car and worked with my schedule to not only install but deliver my car to me at work!! this was done so fast and looks great!!
