While going on a road trip from Texas to California, my car broke at Van Horn Texas. After towing my car to Elpaso Texas, This shop took care of replacing the car alternator and battery in few hours, while waiting with my family at the reception office cold, hydrated, and a big screen watching Netflix. Went to get an infotainment module replaced and an oil change on my 2017 Ford F150. My card was charged twice. Once that issue was fixed, my check engine light turned on. Diagnosis revealed that my PCV valve was missing as well as oil cap. Oil was splattered all over my engine. They refused to fix the issue and refused to claim responsibility for the issues that unfolded after they had worked on it. Do business somewhere else please. Poor customer service and quality of work.

I my son and I were traveling from California as he was moving to Austin, Texas. His car broke down on interstate 10 right outside of El Paso. We’re basically stranded, we called and spoke to Eddie and he said to tow the the car in and they’ll see what they can do to get us back on the road. Great customer service, honest and went above and beyond helping us get transportation to stay at a hotel as we were stranded. They spent extra time trying to fix and diagnose the car, which was greatly appreciated. It turned out that the car needed to be brought to the dealer and the engine had been under a recall. It would be replaced under warranty. All I can say is if you live in El Paso and need automotive work, these guys are the guys to go to and if you’re traveling through and ever get stuck they’ll be there to help you out. Thanks again Eddie and team!

I got stranded going from California to Houston. Abel and his team at E&R bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. I wasted a lot of time and money taking my car to other shops who could not or would not perform service. Abel made sure I was taken care of right away! This shop has the capability to deliver quality service at volume. They were available at all hours to answer my questions and they even came in on the weekend to make sure I could get back to work in California as soon as possible. They even helped me book lodging in town and gave recommendations for food! If you are looking for an honest and hard working shop that can do it all, don’t waste your time and money going to other shops! These guys really care and they go the extra mile. If you are stranded anywhere between Las Cruces and Van Horn (like me), these guys are the best, most prompt, most professional, most hospitable team you can work with, well worth the tow! They fixed my exploded differential in less than 8 hours on a Friday!

I noticed this is the same building that once housed "Evolution Motorsports" which destroyed my car. Is this under new ownership? If you're stationed at Ft. Bliss, I would check first. On google maps, type in Evolution Motorsports. They received 1.8 stars out of 5 for being a chop shop.

Update: AC blowing hot after two months. The “certified technician” also failed at installing the AC system correctly as well, which was totally expected after entire front end was left loose. Complete waste of time and money with this shop! E&R Automotive “certified technician” replaced AC compressor/condenser on my truck. Upon getting my truck back, I checked under the hood and found headlight, entire grill assembly bolts loose and everything including bumper cover completely loose and out of alignment and hanging in place. AC port caps also left on top of battery. The “technician” and/or “technicians” who worked on my truck clearly lacked pride in their work/craftsmanship or are not very good. I’d be embarrassed as a business owner returning a vehicle to a customer in this condition. Save yourself time and major headaches and go somewhere else. Otherwise you’ll spend your day doing the “technician’s” job of realigning headlights, grill assembly and bumper cover and tightening everything down.
