Gilbert and his team at Fast Lane Auto Service are exceptionally courteous! They go out of their way to help you take care of your vehicle and explain things so you know exactly what is going on. They also don’t try to over sell you on anything and let you know exactly what needs to be done. We are a military family that is just passing though and found this amazing place. If I were living in this area I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I definitely recommend this business to anyone in or around the El Paso area.

For as long as I’m in El Paso this will be my go-to auto shop! They were so kind and explained everything so I understood. I went in bc my check engine light came on, naturally I had it checked at an auto parts store and they told me I would have to replace my water pump. Thankfully I didn’t have to replace the whole thing it was just a sensor! Great quality, great value, and amazing people! I’m so happy I found this gem 😄

Took my car in for an inspection and to have a rotor and brake pads placed on one wheel. We did the other 3 at home BUT couldn’t break the bolt to get the last wheel done. The dealership quoted us over $200 for just the one wheel. I called up Fast Lane Auto Service. They quoted me $50 and told me I could come right away. When we got there is asked if they could do our inspection too? No problem! They were fast, professional and a great value. Angel did our inspection. The mechanical was a female (extra points In my book ☺️) and the owner all worked as a great team. We will be going for all our needs in the future!

This place is the best when it comes to my exhaust system needs. Have repaired two different vehicles here and both times I was given the "red carpet" treatment. Gilbert is always great to his customers. He will not charge you for things you don't need but will be very honest on what you need. He will go of of his way to help you out. As always great fast quality service at a fair price. Don't go anywhere else.

Amazing people and great experience! Had flown in to receive a family members vehicle from an Impound lot. Once received, the vehicle would not start. I called fast lane, explained my situation and they told me to bring it on by. They spent the next several hours diagnosing and fixing the issues with the vehicle. They prioritized my issues and allowed me to make my 5hr trip back home, same day. I wish I had them in my city! Highly highly recommend !

I moved to El Paso 2 years ago with my wife who is from the city, since then I have been looking for a good, reliable mechanic. These guys are amazing I can not recommend then enough, they're honest, informative, and they do great work. My car had a massive oil leak which I thought was going to be a rear main seal and cost a nice chunk of change. They were able to diagnose the actual problem which was the oil filter itself and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I couldn't be happier

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are on a road trip from Seattle to Florida. As we were driving thru El Paso the fuel pump on our van started acting up. It was a Friday night, a week before Thanksgiving. Saturday morning we started calling every repair shop we could. They were either closed or couldn't look at our van for days. We were in jeopardy of not making it to Dallas for Thanksgiving with the family. Then we called Gilbert at Fast Lane. He said to bring it on over. So we limped there and Gilbert got to work. We were back on the road by 1:00 with a new fuel pump installed. Gilbert saved Thanksgiving and the bill was very reasonable. We can't thank him enough. I highly recommend taking all your vehicle needs to Fast Lane. Gilbert is an honest hard working man who we trust.
