This place is a rip off! Stop taking peoples vehicles at a scene of an accident! At the moment a person is in a car wreck they don’t think straight! Stop taking advantage of that! You charge daily for storage fees and you guys are closed Saturday and Sunday so why charge those days if you guys chose to be closed those days? Of course to steal our money! STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!

Horrible experience from the beginning, disrespectful owners, very poor quality of work. Overspray, orange peel, new scratches on the car, took weeks after agreed date of completion. Once your car is here they will not let you take it and will try to charge you storage fees or 35% of “work completed”. These people do not have respect for their customers.

To: ABC 7 LISTENS Hello My name is Carlos Mendoza, I would like to ask for some assistance from ABC LISTENS in a civil matter I have encountered recently regarding a local Auto repair shop here in El Paso Texas. My story starts like this, On December 9th 2021 I hired an auto repair shop under the name of KINGS AUTO LOGISTICS located at 6006 N. Mesa st. The above name auto shop and I agreed to have my 2008 Nissan Titan repainted as they advised me of wind damage to my vehicle. I was assured by the owner and his adjuster that my truck would be ready after the christmas holiday which I had no problem with it. As of mid December my insurance company had paid the shop over $5,000 for the work to be completed. Kings auto logistics has not started or provided status updates of my vehicle. I have stopped by the shop associated with them only to verify that the truck has not been worked on even after Manny the owner guaranteed me it was "stripped down". My insurance company and myself have asked the shop to return my vehicle back to me as no work has been done and to repay the Insurance company back and the have been aggressive and threatning me with violence. The police department has been involved, however the cant do much about me retreaving my vehicle. That is the small version of the story. Im in search of some assistance from ABC 7 LISTENS as I feel that the shop needs some spot light on them since they have similar reviews on their website. I brought in my 2011 Camaro which came out beautiful and they are currently working on my 92 Miata. I don’t understand the negative comments regarding the quality of their work and I find it strange why they were all posted at the same time. Waiting a little while longer isn’t even a that big of problem due to their quality of work. The greatest thing is that if you don’t like the product of their work you can take it back because they have 100% customer satisfaction. I’m also beyond impressed by their customer service specifically their manager Izzy he is very communicative and helpful through the whole process. Great job guy 👍

This place was great to me, I went with the hope of getting my car fixed. They guided me throughout the whole process and they were patient with me. They made sure to update me on the process and explained they were delayed but made sure I received my vehicle back as I expected, the little longer wait was definitely worth it.

Very bad experience they have 4!!! Months with my car and nothing! They make me go back and forward A lot of time because they never responded message and or calls, very bad service please consider it this before taking your car to this bussines they have 2 locations one off dyer and Mesa st, 4 months guys with the stupid4 excuse we are waiting for parts, we received the wrong part we don’t have the paint we received wrong paint, an associate lost parts and bla bla bla Does anybody here know a good lawyer? Muy pésimo servicio muy mala experiencia ya tiene. 4 meses con mi carro y nada, siempre sacan excusas tontas e inaceptables no responden llamas ni mensajes por favor no lleven su auto ahí es en serio no lo hagan no son nada profesionales

Amazing auto body shop!!! They have a team who works great taking care of your claims so you can sit back and not have to worry, they are available even after hours and cover your deductible! Worst experience of my life doesn’t even cover it!! Beware of this company and the people who work for it. My contract stated my vehicle would be fully ready in 15-20 days. It was over two months and nothing. Tried to recover the vehicle at the shop and was threatened by the unprofessional people there, one of which is related to the owner. Had to even call the cops. My vehicle sat at this place untouched while they collected 8400 from my insurance. Still they would not release my vehicle. I then had to involve my finance company just to retrieve it. They ended up then charging my finance company an additional 9000 yes you read that right over 9000 for what they claimed are storage service charges and a paint job. Which by the way they had already billed insurance for the supposed paint job. Over 17000 this company charged for nonexistent service. Please do not walk, run and I mean run away as far as you can from this business and avoid yourself the stress and headaches.

Update: Business is a scam. Had to file lawsuit. Sheriffs office and EPPD have arrest warrants for both owner and his brother for Deceptive Business Practices and officer told me they’re on the run. Avoid business everyone that works there are lying to you! When vehicle was damaged by hail I was going to initially repair it with dealer but these guys said they would repair it without charging deductible. They loaned us a car to repair ours since we only had one at the time. The day the dropped loaner we informed them it smelled like cigarettes. We had to borrow a family members car it smelled that bad. We only used it once to go get groceries. They repair the vehicle and we return loaner. We informed them they didn’t replace windshield and the painter sprayed the inside of car. They said they would fix issue. Three months pass after they still havent wanted to fix windshield or paint. They also charge us deductible even though they said they wouldn’t and they accused us of smoking and drinking in car and leaving it dirty three months after loaner was returned even though we told them the day they dropped it off it smelled. These people are scammers and the 5 star reviews are from their own workers.

Had my truck for almost 4 months, Left my truck a mess, broke my key, doors don't close properly, hood won't stay open, paints peeling, moldings falling off and no follow up responses for my requests to make it right. They took the $$ with no problem and left me with plenty

Do not go to this shop. This place is doing fraud. Claiming insurance checks and not doing the work. They have been in different law suits. All the owners are in the deceptive trade. Do not go to this shop. It's fraud. Call the Texas department of insurance and have them send an agent to get your insurance check back. ATTENTION. . . . . They were the same owners of RC auto collision center on Montana and Yarbrough 2017. They also did the same they did here, and they also kept keys of customers' cars and refused to give them back to owners . Some of which they made duplicates to break into the car later careful they have your address

This business was by far the worst I have ever experienced!! I trusted this business because they claim guarantee customer satisfaction, they claim they are licensed and bonded and I was completely disappointed and unsatisfied!! It took more than 3 months to get some minor dents, repairs and repaint on my Denali truck. Once I got it back, there was a lot of overspray paint, burnt buffed areas, new scratches on the chrome trimmings and a new door scratch. Horrible job. I do not recommend this business.

They do not communicate with you or update you in the progress of your truck. They refuse to give me my truck back. I’ve tried talking to them and they refuse to answer me and block me from having contact with them. Their contract says they expect for us to respect their business but they don’t respect their customers. I’m sure all these reviews are nothing but bots. They gave us 14 business days to have our car ready and they did nothing instead they use my truck to go to places. Do NOT bring your car or truck here worst experience of my life.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They initially told me the job would take a total of 7-10 days. They ended up having my car for about 3.5 months to repair wind and rock damage. When you are able to get a hold of them their only updates are "give me two weeks" or " it will be ready next week". When I went in to pick up my "finished" car I found that they had only painted the doors and the hood. They did not fix about half of what my insurance company paid them to fix, and they still charged me my deductible after saying they wouldn't. They didn't even fix the windshield which they kept saying would be done tomorrow, then tomorrow, then tomorrow. There was even an extra 100 miles on my odometer when I picked up my car. They are con artists and make a living by commiting insurance fraud...stay away!!!

By far, the WORST company that I’ve ever had to deal with. They’ll file a claim with your insurance company, cash the checks, and not touch your vehicle for any repairs or services that they promised. When you want to withdraw the service, they won’t allow you to because they’ll say that you signed a “contract” (rights to advertise your vehicle after service is completed) and that you are obligated to stay with them, but yet no work gets done on the vehicle. They caused more damage to my vehicle & completed no repairs in the time that they’ve had it in their shop. The process will be prolonged much more than it ever needs to, the staff is rude and unprofessional, always have an excuse for why nothing’s done, and there is poor communication between the customer and the service provider. I would not recommend this even to my worst enemy. Stay away and go to a quality place of business. Trust me, save yourself the time, frustration and the headache that you’ll get from here. This is month 2 and no progress or communication has taken place, but yet they cashed the check and got paid. Stay away!

I called one place and they were gonna charge 1600. $, the lowest they would have gone, was 1400I called kings and they were able to do it for half the price. Not only that service was great and the responsibilities these they had as a business, we're outstanding. I definitely would recommend them again to anybody who would need something king's transport company went far beyond and above my expectations. I definitely would suggest that.To anybody
