I bought some wheels and tires here a couple of days ago. Today, I find that both back tires were missing the balance weights and my front right tire was missing a sensor. Had to get it all fixed this morning and it costed me about $150 somewhere else when this should have been done right the first time with them. Let alone the day of they willingly took off my wheel spacers without permission and never handed them back till I noticed they were gone. Also Then to find out this morning that they stripped my lug nuts and cross threaded one of my wheel spacers so neither are serviceable and I had to remove them. These parts were super expensive and now they’re broken and I’m unable to use them. Didn’t even bother contacting the business because when I went back this morning the staff had no care in the world. I hope something can be done because honestly I did not expect that from this place because a friend of mine always recommended this place. And to think that they’d take care of their paying customers.

Dropped off our rim and tire on Monday (broken rim) made us pay $90 upfront told us it would be ready next day it is now Friday had to go in person and ask what was taking so long they hadn’t even started working on it. Took rim and tire back and all they could refund us was $80 wasted time and still nothing fixed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Cesar bent back my metal rim in less than 30 minutes and did an excellent job! I'm very grateful to God and Cesar because size 15 are not common and have to special order. Cost was only $50 since it didn't need to be welded. See pictures below. I plan to buy a new wheel cover. Total cost with used tire was $70! I'm getting a new tire soon to replace it.

Gave me a good deal on the wheels. Only problem was, they gave me a sensor that didn’t work with the wheels. Told me after an hour of driving it should go away and if it didn’t, come back. It didn’t go away so I returned and they charged me for a whole new set which wasn’t cool. My advice would be before you sign anything, make sure they put the wheels on first and see if you like them, then make your purchase rather than paying for them and it’s something you don’t want to be stuck with.

This place has the best prices in TX not just El Paso!! Now let’s talk about service, this spot had me in and out in less than 1hr, installed and balanced tires. Employees are professionals and do an amazing job. I want to give some credit to the best tire and rim sales man in EPT.
