★☆☆☆☆ I bought some wheels and tires here a couple of days ago. Today, I find that both back tires were missing the balance weights and my front right tire was missing a sensor. Had to get it all fixed this morning and it costed me about $150 somewhere else when this should have been done right the first time with them. Let alone the day of they willingly took off my wheel spacers without permission and never handed them back till I noticed they were gone. Also Then to find out this morning that they stripped my lug nuts and cross threaded one of my wheel spacers so neither are serviceable and I had to remove them. These parts were super expensive and now they’re broken and I’m unable to use them. Didn’t even bother contacting the business because when I went back this morning the staff had no care in the world. I hope something can be done because honestly I did not expect that from this place because a friend of mine always recommended this place. And to think that they’d take care of their paying customers.
