I mean what can I say! The customer service was outstanding and the work done on my vehicle is impeccable! Someone hit the side of my car and it looked horrible. Now my car looks like I just drove it off the lot! They even fixed up some other areas and dents that weren’t even on the insurance claim. I honestly recommend this shop whether you’re on the east, west, or northeast! I will definitely get all my work done here from now on👍🏾

This is the 3rd time I have been to Joe Loya and witnessed his meticulous work. His paint and body work is awesome. He uses high quality paint which costs more for the shop but really shines on your car. His beautiful wife and staff were great. My mom calls him Clark Gable because he has a sparkle in his eyes even when he works on your car or truck. Joe, importantly he paid attention to detail and didn't take shortcuts. I would highly recommend that you use his shop even if it is out of your insurance company list. I'd rather work be done right and at reasonable prices then deal with the problem again. If he asks for more time it's because he does it right and cares about you and your car. He also offered to buff and wax yearly as a preventative. The owners are super nice and professional. I had a collision and I was hit on the passenger side. I shoppers around to see which shop I would choose before I got to auto and truck. They checked EVERYTHING on my car and put it back to brand new! They were always in communication with me and explained everything. I would highly recommend! There's before and after pictures.

Unfortunately I had damage to the front passenger side on my new car. After reading all the positive reviews, I took my 2024 Honda Accord to Auto & Truck Paint Center for repairs. We would not hesitate to do business here again. A real person answers the phone, and when I left messages, they returned my calls promptly. Joe and his team at Auto & Truck Paint Center (A &T PC) were fabulous and very transparent, and courteous from the moment we visited during our initial appointment. All the staff treated us with kindness and respect. He is a consummate professional and assisted with our Mercedes AMG paint and molding repair from beginning to end. It's so refreshing to patronize a community business that takes so much pride in its work at a fair rate. No overselling or BS. They went the extra mile to accommodate us and personally explain the craftsmanship and quality service offered. They took very good care of our car while stored at the shop and are very efficient. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this shop. We will bring all our future body and paint needs to A &T PC!
