Ace body shop went above and beyond my expectations providing premium customer service. The consistent updates through text kept me in the loop & Provided me with a piece of mind. I had front bumper damage, which was fixed with OEM parts, but Omar and his team Exceeded my expectations by also repairing a deep cut/scratch (about 8in long) I had on the rear bumper. The customer service is horrible, the estimator is someone that doesn’t try and help her customers get all damages fixed, she will try very hard to have the insurance not cover the damages. The work was ok, we picked up our truck and the color of paint was off so you can see where they painted, and the front light they didn’t put on right so the blinker light doesn’t even turn on, my husband is going to have to go back in there and see why the blinker is not working. So overall not the best experience.

This is the second car we get repaired at ACE with great results on both ocassions. This last time, Aubrey and the ACE team went all out to make sure our recent-model BMW was repaired to original specification. They assisted us in talking to the insurance company, all original parts were ordered on time, and the original color was matched to perfection! Both customer service and workmanship were just outstanding. They even offered to deliver our car at home!! I will not use anybody else in El Paso. Thank you guys!

Ace Body Shop was the #1 recommended shop from the insurance company. I was able to get an inspection appointment the next day and the full estimate within 2 days. All parts ordered and repairs were done in 2 weeks with the shop giving constant updates along the way. My vehicle came out great and they were accommodating on pick up day to ensure I could pick it up a little bit after their normal closing hours. I highly recommend them for your claims or even personal auto body work. Update 2 OCT 25 The shop stood by their work after a year by addressing the issue I had with the paint on the bumper. After trying to hold their part vendor accountable they took upon themselves and found a different vendor and replaced the bumper again at no charge. I have to commend them for that service and it is very reassuring that they stand by their work even when not at their fault.

I recently took my car in for repairs and I was worried because I heard of a lot of repair shops in EP doing horrible jobs and in some cases ruining customers cars. Ace Bodyshop exceeded ALL expectations! My vehicle was fixed within a WEEK! They even added designs to my car due to the fact that one side of my car was mixing paint that the other side had FREE OF CHARGE. They made my car look brand new and I was going to trade it in but due to the hard work they put in I don’t even want to get rid of it, if you need to get your car fixed or worked on I implore you to bring it to Ace Bodyshop. They go above and behind you to ensure your car is fixed correctly the first time. I don’t even leave reviews but this company deserves it!!

Terrible experience. The fender was replaced and painted. But they couldn't align the front bumber properly and the fender was not put on properly the first time. Omar tudu gave me every excuse possible why it couldn't get done right. Such as the vehicle was in the accident from the dealership and blamed on the parts and the insurance request those parts. They scratched the headlight a bit and bumber. And when I was picking up the car the woman at the front desk said that if I wanted a new car I should by a new car. How about if you are a body shop why don't act like a body shop act like one and fix the car properly. Had to take the car somewhere else to have the bumber properly aligned. My best advice is to your car somewhere else. But if you do bring here take lots of photos and inspect it properly.

Had such a great experience! The customer service was great, they communicated and explained the process to the best of their abilities. When I changed my pick up time they were accommodating. When I picked up my car they explained everything that was done and any follow up steps. No one likes being in car accidents and by far the process with them was the most seamless compared to everything else I’ve had to do for it.
