I'm a female, so I'm used to being taken advantage of by auto shops. But I had nothing but a great experience here. I took my car in to get my radio checked and my air bag light had went off. They couldn't fix my radio and they turned the light off and told me what the problem was. I was there for about an hour and they were so kind and it cost me nothing. Would definitely go to them again with any issues.

Wonderful and HONEST shop!..I was told by other shops that I needed a AC compressor and had spent over 100.00 elsewhere in diagnostic fees ( as most shops charge for this). My AC was not working and I was about to make that expense of approximately $700.00 when I met Ms. Veronica -owner of L-Tunes. I mentioned to her my situation and she invited me to bring my car in to her shop for a free diagnostic. BEST DECISION EVER!.. I took my car in on a Friday morning. I called after lunch and was told they were taking my car for a test drive to make sure all was well. (I was a bit confused as I had not authorized any work on my car, and I did not want to be surprised with a large repair bill). Ms. Veronica called me back a little later and told me my car was ready. What!! I thought .. that cannot be!.. a compressor is not changed in half a day!.. Still confused but happy that at least my AC was working ..I went to pickup my car. and was willing to pay for the repair bill.. As I arrived.. I went to office to take care of the bill and to find out what work had been done. Ms. Veronica gave me the bill of ZERO!!!!.. there was NO CHARGE!..What?..I did not understand..This shop's professionalism and Honesty goes ABOVE AND BEYOND!..Ms. Veronica explained the vent inside my car needed an adjustment which took a few minutes to do and that corrected the problem. My AC is working beautifully!.. This shop could have easily told me anything and could have charged me anything and I would have believed them and paid .( since I was already expecting a major repair). Instead they were gracious and honest enough to explain the minimal work required!. To this day my AC works great!.. I will tell everyone about this shop and will for sure take all of my business to them even if I live on the other side of town. Thank you Ms. Veronica to you and your personnel for the professionalism and Honesty!. We are customers for life! Lety maldonado

I think I've had eveything done to my cars there at L-Tune. Always trusted that they would be honest about the repairs. They have had some changes through the years, however they continue to be the most reliable guys in the buisness. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest auto mechanic that does excellent work!

L Tune is a great automotive center! My husband and I have taken both of our vehicles there and will continue to do so! Employees are great at what they do and at customer service as well. Danny is a really good person as well as the receptionist. Couldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles like we trust L Tune!

Only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I called to set up an appointment for some A/C service but the lady stated that they were a "first come, first serve" basis and that drop off was from 8am to 9am. I get there at 8am sharp as they are opening the next day, only for the lady at the front desk to tell me that they are booked for the day. ??? 1. There's like 3 cars in the garage & 2. I called a day before to set up an appointment but was told otherwise. I do not know how their quality of work is but I guess I'll never find out.

Not only do they provide great customer service, they get the job done right! My AC compressor went out when I moved to EP. Car stalled out and my insurance sent me to these guys. They repaired the stall out issue and quoted me for my compressor. A few weeks later I had to have my car towed to them again for a different issue (not related to their previous service) and asked them to fix the compressor as well as the other issue. When it was all done the cost had increased. I wasn't able to pay all of what they were asking and they worked with me. They didn't have to do that at all. Having just moved here and still trying to get established, this was a huge assistance to me. It's not easy to find reliable and trustworthy mechanics where I'm from. I'm definitely happy to continue to take my vehicles to L Tune as well as recommend other people go to them. My car has been great since the repairs! Thank you so much!!!!

Always great customer service! A mechanic that actually takes the time to pinpoint what exactly is wrong with laser accuracy instead of just…”let’s try this and see” you car is safe here. You can count on fair , honest, reasonably priced work.

Terrible people. I took a 2017 ford explorer for a water pump change. Less than a week later, my engine blows. This shop has a contract with the city. They don’t care about personal cars.

I have had numerous great experiences at LTune. I landed at this shop by the grace of God, a specialty mechanic sent me their way. I've had BIG and small repairs and their prices have always been resonable. I drive a 2002 vehicle and just when I think this is the last hurrah and will need to purchase a new vehicle Danny and his team figure it out. I'm always IMPRESSED and very GRATEFUL that I have an honest person that will work on my car and not take advantage. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!! Sometimes, there are many vehicles to work on so I've had to be patient and wait my turn but it's always worth the wait. Great customer service!!

Excellent service and fair pricing. Dropped my vehicle off after my husband replaced some parts and still had trouble with it. They were able to troubleshoot my problem fairly quickly and charged me much less than i expected. Will be using for future repairs (hopefully not near future!).

Great work, great service. The people are very professional and they know what they're doing. Highly recommend this business. Had more work done just this week, May 2-4. Somehow Ms Veronica and Danny managed not only to fix my little minivan, but they also saved a sizable amount of money. Appreciate it very, very much !!

Been bringing my vehicles here for State Inspections and miscellaneous repairs for the past three years and I'm always pleased with the customer service and honesty of this Auto Service shop. The prices are reasonable and they are very professional. It's hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays but I think this place can certainly fit the spot. Highly recommend them.

Called this location to get information regarding an oil change. Veronica, the receptionist, answered and was very monotone and gave the simplest responses possible. I asked for an appointment and was told “We don’t go by appointments”. Fast forward a few days later, we show up, no appointment. Veronica lets us know they STOP DOING OIL CHANGES AT 12pm and whether she relayed that information over the phone call was not her issue. She’s incompetent, unprofessional and uneducated about the position she’s currently filling. No customer service training what so ever. Imagine your company losing potential money/clients because the face of your company isn’t a people person. Sad.

I took my taxi van to L-tune auto service and the owners There are very nice people and honest and excellent mechanic work and also saved me over $1000 after taking it to other mechanic shop. They don't take work on Fridays. Called to confirm hours earlier in the week, took a day off only to have them tell me they can't take work on Fridays. A family member used to work there and recommended them which is the only reason why I took the day off and drove from the west side. Oh well!
