I’ve been stationed in El Paso for 2 years now, this is the first shop that stood by their word.Took my 84 Biarritz in to get the steering column changed out. Very fast and good Service. Will be back soon to get my socks changed out. Thanks to the helpful staffing.

Had wife's van painted there. Took them 4 month's to paint the vehicle. When I called to check on it was given reason after reason why it was taking forever? Finally got the Van back was told to bring back in 2 weeks for final buff an detail. Called to set date for final detail and started getting the excuses all over again. So here we are 8 month's later and still not done? So took my other Dodge Truck that I was going to have them paint as well but instead took to Limitless Paint & Body. Eddie did a Great Job and had the Truck back and done in 2 week's. Extreme does Nice Paint but the time and follow up is unbelievable?

Mr Eric and his team have been truly a blessing for me. They completely rebuilt my bike and have worked on my car and my truck. they are my go to shop for any and every fix for sure. Best part of all is they work with you as best they can depending on your budget and what you are having done. they have always been friendly and respectful but they take it a step forward and treat you like family. i would definitely suggest this place to anyone no matter the issue or improvement for your vehicle.

I went to Xtreme Customs Body And Paint to get my truck worked on by Emilio and paid him upfront, which was not cheap at all. He told me it would be ready in a month, but as time went on, he kept pushing the timeline back. Eventually, I had no idea what was going on with my truck because he would just ghost me. Almost five months later, my truck still wasn’t done. To make matters worse, when I showed up without notice and I was finally able to see my truck, Erick, the shop owner, had my truck locked inside the shop. Every time I went to check on it, no one was there, and I kept getting told it’d be ready soon—only to find out it wasn’t. On top of that, Alex (the owner’s son) and Erick (the shop owner)had guys working on the ceiling right above my truck. They barely covered it, and I actually saw rocks, sheetrock, and stucco falling on my truck one day when I stopped by unannounced. When I tried to talk to Alex about picking it up, he was immediately rude and said it wasn’t happening because of some rent issue Emilio was having with the shop. That had nothing to do with me—I was just the customer paying Emilio for the work. When Erick showed up, and I introduced myself and told him the reason why I was there, he got aggressive and told me I couldn’t take my truck because it was now “his property” inside his shop. I told him I was getting my truck back no matter what and called the cops. The police got involved, and the law confirmed my truck couldn’t be held from me by Erick, the owner of the shop, as the service was between Emilio and I, not Erick and I. Even though Emilio himself wasn’t rude, he was extremely irresponsible and never finished the work. He still owes me money and keeps ghosting me every time I try to get at least part of it back. This whole experience was horrible. I only had one car, my husband had to drive me everywhere, and dealing with these people was stressful and frustrating. A friend of mine also went through the same thing with Alex and is still without his car. Honestly, Xtreme Customs Body And Paint is unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone go there, look for someone you can actually rely on. These guys are the worst to deal with.
