Amazing guys, I was driving from California to Florida stopped and their shop to see if I will make it to there. They were extremely generous did a free inspection and told me I will make it and they’ll just do few adjustments. Staff is unbelievably nice and If I have an issue again in texas with my car, I’m definetly visiting these guys.

I had a very disappointing experience at this automotive shop. Initially, I brought my car in for two issues: a malfunctioning steering wheel and white smoke coming from the exhaust. After the diagnostic, they claimed the white smoke/steering wheel noises was due to bad engine/transmission mounts and faulty spark plugs. I paid for the services, and while the white smoke issue seemed resolved, my steering wheel issue was completely ignored. I brought the car back a second time, expecting the steering wheel issue to be fixed, but after paying, I was given the runaround with no real explanation or resolution. The problem remained unresolved, and I was left frustrated. I went back for third visit, due to the white smoke reappearing, led to them telling me it might be a coolant leak, while claiming the steering wheel issue was related to the steering pump. Yet again, they failed to provide any quotes or clear diagnostic information for the new issues. To make matters worse, they returned my car with the door handle broken. This shop has not only failed to properly diagnose or fix my car, but they’ve also caused additional damage. I will not be returning.

I just wanted to take a moment and commend Mango Automotive on their wonderful customer service. I came into the shop by accident on a Wednesday morning due to my MAPs taking me to the wrong location. I walked in and Hector greeted me and he had such wonderful customer service, we figured out my appointment wasn’t at this location but he asked how could he help. I told him I was scheduled for a diagnostic and I was having issues with my starter. He offered to fit me into their morning and told me it would take 2-3 hours, he mentioned I could sit and wait or use their shuttle service they offer to drop you off back home while you wait and pick you up once your car is ready. I waited and everyone was nice and had wonderful customer service. Hector explained everything and it turned out not to be my starter but my Serpentine Belt. We scheduled my appointment for Thursday morning for them to repair it. I love how they took the time to find out if it was my starter or not. I loved how they were honest they could have simply took advantage of me stating it was and it wasn’t. I love their integrity, honesty and open line of communication while they are servicing your car. I would highly recommend this Automotive Repair Shop 10/10! Inside was clean and the atmosphere was also a 10/10

One of the best experiences ever. I’m always hesitant to try new places especially when I’m not familiar with the area (not from El Paso) But Hector went above and beyond to make sure I trusted him. He made sure to answer all of my questions and was upfront with the pricing which was my favorite part. I also met the mechanic Erik! He was also so kind and broke everything down so I could understand what was wrong with my car. I will be recommending everyone here! I hope Hector and Erik know that they truly make a difference in people’s experiences & I hope Mango keeps them forever because they’re amazing at what they do!

The first place we took our vehicle to was not able to do the needed repairs. The diagnostic test was a computer issue and they did not specialize in that, so we went to the dealer but it was going to be 2 weeks (or more) before they would even look at it. After doing some research we decided on Mango Automotive 🥭 It was a great decision from the start. Hector and his team were courteous and explained what needed to be done to get our truck up and going. The prices were reasonable and offered a military discount. They showed my husband the parts that were replaced and will even lift the vehicle to show you. There is also a 5 year warranty on parts. The lobby is clean and there are refreshments while you wait. We are very happy and recommend Mango Automotive.

I took my dodge charger Scatpack 2021 in for an oil change and my oil is 7 quarts of synthetic and usually it takes a while for my oil change to be completed and I have paid some crazy prices for an oil change in the past. Not here I had 0 issues from the start, extremely friendly staff, they were quick to complete my oil change, and the pricing was amazing. Super affordable and fast service here! Highly recommend

Absolutely great shop hector quoted me over $1.5k in work just now after hours and worked out a major discount and brought it to $800 and Alfredo the technician is working after hours to get it done for me since I’m on a time crunch and moving out of state tomorrow I highly recommend mango automotive! This place is amazing!!!! We were on our way from New Mexico to El paso when our car's engine light came on and the intercooler hose came off. They took us right in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Other places want you to make an appointment and have you leave the car there for days and don't care if you have no way to get around. Hector and his crew took care of us, we were in and out within an hour. Thank you guys for saving our trip and for excellent customer service!!!!! You don't find that alot these days!!!!

This place is a total ripoff and scam center. I brought my vehicle (2014 Dodge Journey) in the first time on 2/20/2025 for them to fix my automatic windows and to get an oil change($70.17). I paid for the diagnostic which was $135.00. They called me within a few hours and sent me photos and other problems they found. They said I needed a new window switch ($255.46), a new engine oil filter adaper($759.91), New brakes ($381.86), new drive belt/ serpentine ($206.00), new radiator hose ($326.00) , and new thermostat ($250). I declined most of the work and was able to talk them into discounting the drive belt and radiator hose . I decided to buy my own window switch ($35 ) which the car did not even need. So for the Diagnostic ,Oil Change, Drive Belt and Radiator hose I paid $757.00 . When I told them I bought a new window switch that did not solve the problem they looked at again for me, rewired the driver door panel and included that in the service for me. Last week I went back in ( had an appointment at 10am) because my windows stopped working again and I wanted a tire patched / fixed. So I drop off the car and did not hear from them for 5 hours so I decided to give them a call. Nothing had been done and they told me because they have no record of fixing my wiring they so they decided to let my car sit and did not bother to call me to tell me they were not able to do anything for me that day. They did not even fix my tire which I would have easily paid for. Im sure If I wanted expensive work done they would have worked on it right away. Anyway after this last final experience with Mango Auto I am confident in this review and warn anyone to bring your car somewhere else. On another occasion I called them do get a quote on a new battery, They quoted me $235. I took it to wallmart for $75.

I dont take your car here if your are a FEMALE. First i took my car for a oil leak diagnosis and dead battery. After a month and half after run around they tried to hide the damage to my car. One of their employee damaged my engine n they tried to sell me a used engine with unknown mile what the hell. I had to take my car out of there….They had the audacity to still charge me 1600 for the battery i needed but gasket they damaged timing belt saying it was cracked but everything was good when i brought the car except the leak. fyi this happened at the montana location ! Update ! I contacted the company for a resolution and they refused to respond and even to the better business bureau were unable to contact the owner and the owner hasn’t yet responded with any statement! Don't take your car there. According to the BBB they have messed up other peoples car w out a resolution!

I prayed to God that I find an honest and good place to repair my car and I was directed here by research and gut (God's guidance for sure). Jay received my call and he was friendly and kind, so already the customer service was great. Once I got there they explained how it worked to get repairs. They start with an inspection and then they proceed to send you details of their plan to fix. Not only did they do this but they even sent pictures of the affected area, I've never seen something like this before. This made me feel at ease immediately. I knew I could trust them. Hector was also very knowledgeable and kind, answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. Not only did they do a great job but it even came with warranty (very important). They fixed two problems my car had and even helped me with a third problem that they easily solved. They didn't charge me for this third part and Hector explained that they just solved it with adding oil to the part. Other places I've serviced my car would have charged me much more for something like this. Confirmation of how honest and reliable this place is. I recommend this place and I'm definitely returning here for their reliability, great customer service, honesty, knowledge, and added bonus cuteness (don't miss their cute mango plush in the lobby seat). The best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop! Jay was incredibly helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. I’m on a cross-country road trip, and when my engine overheated, I was lucky to make it to this shop. They fixed the issue quickly and literally saved the day! I came to Mango Automotive to have my transmission filter changed along with a drain and fill service. The manager (I unfortunately forgot his name) was very professional and clearly explained everything that was going to be done. He wasn’t pushy at all and made me feel comfortable with the process. I found the prices to be fair, and they also replaced my serpentine belt during the same visit. Everything was completed within just a few hours, which I really appreciated. They even offer free Lyft rides if you don’t have transportation while your car is being serviced. Overall, a great experience... I would definitely recommend them!
